Awful Experience - Stay Away
It’s a long story all which is reflected in the texts that I sent to you while in Mexico letting you know that the eSIM is not working. Sent an email to customer service, requested a refund and so far… NOTHING. Not sure you are a comoany I would like to put my trust with anymore.

BNESim has good internet connection and speed at several different places that i have been. They also annouce nice offers for packages which makes them cheaper than the regular internet in Norway.

Very reliable and very helpful after sales support.
It's easy to make the order and fast to send you and activate the e-sim.
The have the cheapest prices especially in eastern Europe countries like in China. They also give free texting on WhatsApp even with zero data, which is very helpful sometimes.
They have very good after sales support and they answer quickly all the answers, anytime. They are the best according my 2 years experience of being a customer.

Multiple ESIMS, brilliant service
I've been using BNESIM for ages & have multiple esims. I bought my original one for use on my smartwatch in UK & now have non expiring versions for multiple countries for travel. My latest esim is a backup for my phone for bad signal areas for my provider & it works a treat especially with free Whatsapp data and different suppliers. Absolutely brilliant company.

A Truly Unique eSIM Provider With No‑Expiry Data
I discovered BNESIM in late 2023 through referrals after deciding not to follow the “major players” that many YouTubers promote. What immediately stood out is BNESIM’s unique offering: data that never expires. I genuinely couldn’t find another eSIM provider that offers truly no‑expiry data, and that alone sets them apart.
On top of that, they are one of the very few companies that can ship a physical SIM card internationally within two days via DHL. I ordered three SIMs for my family, and they’re still sitting in our second SIM slots because they’re just that reliable.
Customer service has also been excellent. Everything is handled in‑app—no need to call anyone—and their responses via both the app and email have been smooth and efficient.
After comparing many providers, I honestly haven’t found another company that matches BNESIM’s combination of features, reliability, and service. Truly impressive. And, I am still using the service daily as my internet backup!
