Amazing service. I’ve been using it in multiple countries and it has never let me down. Great flexibility with the lifetime plans (data don’t expire!) and the regional plans (you can use the data in multiple countries).

I really like the cheap, non-expiring plans — they offer great value and flexibility. The KYC process was a bit cumbersome at first, but it was eventually sorted out. Overall, a good experience once everything was set up.

I’ve been using the BNESIM eSIM in Switzerland and Turkey mainly because of the affordable pricing, and to my surprise the data connection was very stable in both places. It’s been a great option for traveling🫶

I've been using BNESIM for months, and I absolutely love it. I'm using it not only for travel, but also as a data eSIM when I'm home, because it's actually cheaper than local operators and gives me the big advantage of using two networks, so it works even when there is limited coverage on one of them.
BNESIM also provides plans with no expiration; I use this on my iPad when I'm occasionally outside of a Wi-Fi signal. Overall, it's a reliable and flexible service that I would definitely recommend.

One star is honestly too much for BNESIM.
In Rwanda the eSIM does not work at all while my friends do have proper data connections with other eSIM providers.
Support does answer fast - but only at the beginning. Then it’s more playing on time on purpose. Support team (be aware of Barbara Malek or whoever is writing behind that name) does not answer questions, especially if you request properly the refund that is according to website possible. It is not! They let you wait quit a period and then you need to pay for the period additionally… quite a fraud.

I´m happy and have never had any issues. Really good for international travel!

I, and members of my family, have used BNESIM products for some time now in various regions including Australasia, Asia, the Middle East, the UK and Europe, most recently in Ireland. We have generally experienced good connectivity and found setup to be straightforward on both eSIM compatible phones and eSIM adapters such as 5ber and 9eSIM. On the couple of times I’ve required assistance, the support was responsive and the issues quickly resolved. I would definitely recommend BNESIM.

I purchased an Asia BNESIM eSIM for use primarily in "The Stans" on a 21 Day trip in 2025. I also used it in Malaysia on the way to the start of our tour. The eSIM worked in every country advertised (a couple more countries would be great, but this is probably beyond BNESIM's control). Software (and eSIM) installation was quick and easy, and the App makes it easy to check how much money is left on the card. It's also great to know that the remaining funds are still sitting there for me to use when I'm back in Malaysia later this year. No Expiry on eSIMs is the way to go!!
