Excellent customer service and very easy to book/access
I've spoken over the phone with Jackie to enquire about availability and costs, then Harry got in touch and helped me with the set-up and access details. On top of that I was offered a great price! Super friendly people.
Very easy to access the site and reserved container.
The access hours are decent, up to 8PM, and I would prefer if that would be 10PM or so, but otherwise everything is excellent and I highly recommend Blue Bear Self Storage!

Ease of use.
Ease of sign up. Ease of access. Very quick and helpful response from Harry. One negative comment would be the key to the padlock. Had to get on my knees to get the key into slot, then the turn to lock and unlock isn't easy. Could be more user friendly.
