The Blue bear team were a pleasure to deal with from the first initial phone call to the end of the contract. I was always able to speak to their friendly team to discuss things and they made the whole process of clearing a family house so much easier. What a difference it made! Jackie was a star and guided me thought the whole process and access was a breeze as so close by. Uncomplicated, accommodating and supportive. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend using them. Perfect solution to my problem.
Can’t rate Blur bear highly enough. We needed to use their storage facilities due to down sizing my parents property. The ease in which this was made to happen was spot on.
Then recently due to the passing of my father we needed to downsize the storage which again was actioned with no fuss and understanding.
Jackie and Harry are the leading lights at my point of contact.

The customer service was exceptional …
The customer service was exceptional from the original booking through to extending the lease of the unit. The only issue we had was when we were emptying the unit we had to block other units which was fine until the users turned up. The Storage facilities were extremely secure, I had no worries leaving my belongings for a couple of months. Well done great service.

Initially everything was fine
Initially everything was fine. My unit then sprung a leak and was offered another. After moving everything I asked for compensation for the time it took and all the hassle but never heard anything. I also complained that it was extremely difficult to open the container and even showed this the maintenance guy. Nothing done !
Worst of all, after paying monthly for a number of years they decided to start charging weekly. So all of a sudden I am paying 13 times a year. This is a real pain as payment goes out at different times each month and next month I will be paying twice. Not happy !!!
Great news, Harry immediately came back to me to resolve the issues. Great customer service, let’s hope the door gets fixed soon.
