Container was instantly available. Communicaton was easy and regular. Stuff survived in perfect condition. When I gave too little notice of ending my hire according to the terms and conditions they waived all bar 2 days of it and refunded me straight away

What made my experience great? In a word - Crystal. She is the most helpful human being you will meet, even put the kettle on when we went to have a look at the different storage options.
And then...... after choosing our little room and getting it all set up we rolled up at midnight, used the access code to open the huuuuge security gates and used the app to open various doors, I was like a kid thinking I was in mission impossible! No, I don't get our much!
It's all just so easy, clean and safe. I don't know why we didn't do it sooner. Really competitive offers too so our first 3 months is a bargain! Exactly what we needed when moving houses.
Can't recommend highly enough. In an in increasingly complicated life, this was so easy.

Really really helpful! Crystal was wonderful, I can't speak highly enough of her. Went into great detail with me of my options, showed me all the containers available and made sure I understood all is the process and details of entrance and terms of the storage contract.

We needed somewhere to store a reasonable amount of stuff to give us time to decide what was needed and what wasn't when down sizing.
The process was well explained and it is a very straightforward operation. The place is immaculately clean. The staff are extremely friendly. Most of the time we dealt with Crystal who was wonderful.

The personal service was very good it was just that the storage was outside and therefore due to gravel was unable to sort
Also no lighting in winter would have been an issue as long term storage

From the emails, phone calls and meeting staff in person, it has been a great experience. Lauren and Co. were amazing and friendly throughout as well as helpful and informative when I had questions. Clean facilities, fair pricing and a great location right next to the B&Q’s in Swindon. Just great convenience.

Secure Storage and Brilliant staff! The containers are secure and very easy to access at any time of day, on any day of the week. Lauren in the office was incredibly helpful at all times and nothing was too much trouble, including receiving deliveries to my container when I couldn't be there. I was impressed with everything about the site and can highly recommend!
