From the start speaking to both Jackie & Harry from the Huntingdon facility, the whole process has been handled fantastically and they really helped me. The staff at Blue bear storage are very professional and helpful. I specifically needed storage in Buckingham but was struggling to clear a gap in work to enable me sign up and move in to a storage unit. The first member of staff I had been dealing with called Jack was very good, he reserved me the size of container I needed and did everything to help.. Today I unexpectedly finished work early so decided to try my luck. It was 4pm on Friday so didn’t think it would be possible. I spoke to a member of staff called Jackie who went above and beyond to get the necessary paperwork completed and arranged for me to gain access to my storage container before she finished for the day. I would highly recommend Blue bear storage to anyone, they have a great team on hand to help and are a pleasure to deal with.

Positive Experience
We used the Bury St Edmunds storage facility when the sale of my son’s home went through, but not the purchase. It was a very last minute decision to continue with the sale, and the staff at Blue Bear guided us through the process.
They were all helpful, professional and would particularly like to mention Jackie, who I dealt with several times.
We had never used a storage facility before but would certainly recommend Blue Bear, and use again, if the need arises.
