Unbelievable customer service
Unbelievable customer service, from first point of contact to not being able to get in gate first time(was actually at wrong gate) Harry has been fantastic, nothing has been too much trouble. Great prices for container ,as we needed space to use when moving home.

Having a unit up top is not ideal as you have to move a very large platform by hand three times to open your lockup, if I had know this I would have paid the bit extra for a ground floor unit.

Very good, but not cheap!
For those looking for safe and secure storage, I can't really fault them. The access hours can be a pain (20:00 latest in the evening), but that's probably just me.
For those doing it on a budget, be aware they increase the price like clockwork at what appears the most they can get away with and once a unit is full of your stuff, it's a pain to move and/or find a cheaper option (which there usually isn't as they all charge the same)
Increase for 2025 was 8%! (and I have 2 units)
The other thing is they charge every 4 weeks (13 payments), so the date moves which caused me some issues with timings with bank.
In short; efficient, good units, decent support via email, but you will pay top dollar for it!

Fantastic storage!
I required storage for a couple of months. Blue Bear was recommended to me for its ease of accessibility.
I was fortunate to order a unit at the time they had an offer on rental. I had a couple of questions prior to booking, spoke to their really helpful advisor, Harry, it seemed no question was a problem to answer, leaving me feeling confident to go ahead with the booking.
On the day I arrived at the unit, I called them again, as being new to this I was a bit unsure. Spoke with Harry again, he told me how to proceed through the gated entrance and where to find my unit.
The booking also came with a video on how to access the units, how to open the unit and how to fit the provided padlock.
I was able to back my vehicle up to the doors of the unit, making unloading super easy.
The unit is very clean and I felt happy knowing my possessions were going to be kept dry and clean for the duration of storage.
I highly recomend Blue Bear Storage. They have 3 sizes of containers to choose from at very reasonable rental prices.
The site is very secure with keypad entry electric gates and plenty of cameras overlooking the units.
I’m a very happy customer.

He answered our email promptly, out of hours and organised the correct size storage for first thing Saturday morning. Very friendly, efficient service.
