What a great team behind Blue Bear Self Storge. My first person I spoke to was Harry. What a helpful and professional person he is. Probably should get a pay rise. Then the next person was a very nice lady who I unfortunately have forgotten her name but she was so helpful. I personally wouldn’t go anywhere else. These are definitely the people to trust.

Very happy so far.
I did get in a muddle trying to book the locker online but was able to speak to someone on the phone who helped me. I have only been using my locker for a week but so far all is good. The locker is nice and clean. This is for house move storage, no chain involved. I am able to access the locker to start moving things in as I sort them out. Less stressful. So far I am very pleased.

The booking process is very easy and the communications clear.
Accessing the storage site was also easy using the app.
A very slight downside is that lock is a bit fiddly, but overall the complete process was clear and not confusing.
