Effortless experience and excellent customer service from the get go. The customer service is really good considering you probably won’t need face to face assistance most of the time so I’m very happy. The ease of access is very good book online get your code get the container and bossshhhh. Reasonable price too for my area

There were a few issues with the booking and the gate number not being sent, however this was dealt with very professionally and at speed so didn't impact negatively

Hassle free storage
Harry at Blue Bear Storage at Corby made renting the container and easy process. Good communication and arranged to show me the site before I committed to renting. The 20ft container was spotless and even more impressive was how dry the unit was even though the weather had been foggy and damp for the past week. Security at the site is good and it's simple to remotely gain access during the permitted times. Overall, a great experience.

He arranged a viewing of the storage unit for me. Talked me through everything on the phone when I arrived at Barton Road.

Rip off and money grabbers
Only booked the unit for a month handed keys back and they charged another month as apparently have to give 4 weeks notice. So apparently should have given notice the day I collected the keys, what a joke and really rude and unhelpful when trying to sort it out and offered no option but to pay with a remark of its in the T & C'S THERE ARE FAR BETTER COMPANIES THAN BLUE BEAR CHECK THEM OUT FIRST.
