I would like to update a review I had made, I was sent product that I could not use and was unable to send back for refund, they have offered to send me a product I can use out of good faith. This company does stand behind their product and customer satisfaction.

I placed one order and since then they sent me 2 more…apparently they put me on a recurring plan which I DID NOT sign up for. I have emailed 3x and they don’t want to take back my current order or refund my cc. And there appears to to be no way of getting the recurring plan which is $180/month. There is no phone number to call and when you email it is automated. So now I am out $180 dollars and I am still on the recurring plan. It is outrageous.
DO NOT BUY from this company. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. They don’t even deserve one star but this was the lowest rating I could give them here.

Predatory and deceptive. Thought I was buying a three month supply but I was buying a three month subscription that I cannot cancel. I can't say the product is doing anything.

Biocol Labs provides quality products that have helped repair my liver, with the blood tests to prove it. In addition, they offer excellent customer service whenever I have a question or issue. I highly recommend them!

Never order from this company. I did a three month subscription period (fine, that’s what I signed up for) but they WILL NOT LET ME CANCEL NOW after the three month period, which is ridiculous. Just tried to send an email - got bounced back. Website is shut down. BECAUSE THIS IS A SCAM. Horrible way to treat your customers. I am notifying my card service that future charges should be declined and I will be reporting this company to the BBB. - Nicole Cantu

I LOVE these products and if you want to see real results, get on their subscription plan… it works!!! I rarely leave reviews but after my labs showed improvement over a a short period of time I had to share my experience. I was searching for a real detox supplement that did more than shed a few pounds. I needed my body to feel whole from the inside out. I started with the 21-day ampules, that btw, taste so divine and I continued with those for 3 months. I immediately noticed i was less bloated and not as hungry in the mornings. That gave me the incentive to be mindful of my diet and move my body daily. I genuinely felt better than I have in months. It is now something I look forward to doing a couple times a year! Try it if you want to feel your best!!!

This company is scammy. They clearly state in their FAQs: "If you’re not happy, simply contact us within the guarantee window for your particular product and we’ll refund your purchase."

I tried the product hoping for weight loss progress as they promised in their video and it did absolutely nothing. I contacted them but rather than giving me a refund as the FAQs promise, they keep giving me the runaround.

Even though they offer a refund. They won’t give it. They will ask for blood test, and 10 questions they force you to answer. It’s the worse customer experience I have received. I guess that’s what is expected when you order click bait.

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Bicol Labs, and I can confidently say that their customer service is among the worst I've ever encountered. The issues began with their complete lack of communication and transparency. Despite having my card on file, they charged me for an automatic six-month shipment without any prior notice or confirmation. This practice feels like a blatant disregard for customer needs and preferences.

When I reached out to cancel the order on the same day they charged my card, I was met with an inflexible policy that states, “orders placed under a commitment plan are not eligible for return or refund.” This response is not only frustrating but also incredibly dismissive, especially considering I had informed them that I was no longer using their products. It's evident that Bicol Labs prioritizes profits over customer health and satisfaction.

The overall experience left me feeling undervalued as a consumer, and it's clear that this company is more interested in making a quick buck than in fostering genuine relationships with their customers. If you're considering using Bicol Labs, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. Your health and peace of mind deserve better than what this company has to offer.

I had a great experience. Their customer service it's incredible. They replace damaged product so fast. Easy communication and great product.

I hate giving bad reviews, but the product is essentially concentrated apple juice branded really well. After wanting to cancel subscription, the journey to cancel my subscription has taken since MAY (it’s now July) while they continue to charge me for product because it’s a subscription and they won’t cancel even though i’ve requested, I have to now report my card. I’m 15 emails in (no exaggeration) and they keep sending an email via AI vs a real human to cancel even though i’ve requested a human, the human is still disconnected.

Scam. They subscribe you without warning, then refuse to cancel your subscription. Required disputing the charge with my credit card

My day item came damaged. They refused to follow through on a replacement. Packaging was horrible. I told him if they didn’t replace the item they can cancel my subscription so they did do not recommend at all.

DO NOT ORDER FROM BIOCOL!!! They use predatory practices to keep charging your card and it's gotten even worse. They are now telling me they will not cancel bc I am on an agreement plan. I've ordered from here before and have never had this. Also when you go to order, they automatically put you on a subscription, many are not aware of now they are telling me they refuse to cancel!!
It's a shame bc they don't have a bad product, though I subscription see a significant difference, just feeling better after drinking. ... but this is ridiculous and I don't think ANYONE should ever order from here.

I had ordered from Biocol Labs in the past and was satisfied with earlier purchases, which is why I was shocked and disappointed when they fraudulently enrolled me in a subscription this time without my knowledge, consent, or awareness. I only discovered the subscription when I received an automated shipping notification that my order was on its way. Shortly afterward my Wells Fargo debit card was charged $148.50.

When I tried to resolve the issue I called Biocol Labs and reached an answering machine; I left a voicemail with the order number and my contact information and waited for a call back that never came. The order was delivered; I ran after the delivery driver, rejected the delivery in person, and explicitly refused to accept the package. Despite rejecting the delivery, Biocol Labs has not refunded the $148.50.

I emailed Biocol Labs three separate times explaining the situation and requesting a refund; I never received a response to any of those emails. I also opened a dispute with Wells Fargo, but they informed me they lost the dispute and that I cannot refile it. Because my bank dispute was denied and Biocol Labs has not responded or issued a refund, I will be filing a complaint with the CFPB and my state attorney general.

Biocol Labs did send several automated emails about an issue with my charge card and later notified me on June 11 that my subscription had been cancelled for non‑payment, but cancelling the subscription does not address the unauthorized charge or the rejected delivery. I have seen reports online that this is a recurring issue for other customers; in my research I found a scam rating of 17 out of 100, which increased my concern.

This experience has destroyed my trust in a company I had previously purchased from. I do not recommend Biocol Labs. If you value responsive customer service and protection against unauthorized charges, avoid doing business with this company based on my experience.

I don’t know if this has more to do with the company or their chosen delivery services but after for or five “delivery attempts” that never happened I still don’t have my package and will probably have to claim fraud on this company.
