Ordered a pair of riding gloves and they sent the wrong ones. After sending several emails, not one response back. The gloves they sent are no good to me so I'm out my $50. Would not even think to order from them again. If you advertise customer service then provide it!

It cost me $55 to do business with them. Beware.
Ordered a pair of motorcycle boots in the correct size. What I got were incredibly narrow boots. On top of that they duplicated my order.
The return process is extensive and you are on the hook for shipping.
They only give you a partial refund.

This is the trashiest company I've ever dealt with they don't reply to your emails you get two different shipping numbers and it's been over 30 days and I still don't see my package just waiting on a helmet do not order from here. It's a scam and I'm literally in the process of suing

Helmets
Received some helmets from them. Other than not updating tracking or providing you with the other carriers tracking number once it reaches the U.S. they were easy to deal with. They did respond to my emails within 24 hours and the helmets were nice quality unlike other things ordered from China. Will order from them again.

This is a fake online shop!
I have ordered a leather jacket for 599$ and received an item that was significantly not as described. It is more a 80$ valued cheap Harley Davidson made in china copy.
Most importantly, it’s a scam! I was not able to cancel my order, neither to return the shipment nor to get in touch with this chinese company. There is no way to get in touch with the merchant. They have no intention of providing any customer service. All of my emails bounced back undeliverable with the note:” recipient address rejected” and “undeliverable address”.
This is a fake online shop, an organized online scam on a massive scale that sales this way their overpriced junk.
