BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. I CANCELED MY ORDER AND STILL CHARGED ME A FEE BECAUSE IM CANCELING AND THE ITEM HAS NOT BEEN SHIPPED.

This company is a scam.

It has been a pretty horrible experience thus far. I ordered armored pants about 3-4 weeks ago and still have received nothing. This is definitely an American looking front for a Chinese based business. The foreign tracking delivery system they sent me a link to stopped progressing days ago. USPS is supposed to carry out the last leg of the delivery and they have consistently indicated that they have not received my item. I definitely would not order from this company again. It is probably a waste of money.

Wanted to return an item and they mentioned return shipping would be responsible by me and also wouod charge 15% restocking fee. Told me they'd issue a $40 credit on my next purchase if I kept it so I decided to keep it. The code provided didn't work and now they're non-responsive. Bad business practices and just a bad business overall. Won't be a customer anymore. Not to mention the insane shipping time.

I placed an order for a jacket size L, I received XXL, when I asked for return, they wanted me to pay shipping and restocking, basically they wanted me to pay for their mistakes, And when I refused that, they basically did not want to take responsibility of their mistakes, my first and last order from here

False advertising. Do not buy from them. Can't trust if I will get the refund and they are going to charge me restocking fee? Terrible products.

Do not trust this company. They make it look like they are located in the US, but they actually ship from China. They also do not deliver within a reasonable time; after two weeks, the package's location is still unknown.

Never received the ordered item. Customer service is zero help

Literally never got my package that I ordered from them

Sizes come VERY small. Web site goes through great length to look local but the products ship from Asia and and the sizes and tags on packaging reflect that. Leather was very thin and zippers were flimsy. Size didn't fit so I started a product return and exchange in late October, it's now 4 months later and I don't have a replacement product. I think I am out the price of the item AND the return shipping costs. In retrospect I should have kept the item and tried to resell it.

They sent a leather jacket with broken zipper. Instead of sending another they offered 30% off. I refused so now they are ghosting me. Wish I saw their reviews before buying from this crooked company.

Ditto on all comments below. The leather jacket I ordered was bad quality and they advertised as real leather. It’s the fakest leather I’ve ever seen. They do not have hassle free returns as they state, they offer coupons for you to keep their terrible products then tell you if you do return you pay a restocking fee of 20% plus shipping… Terrible company don’t buy from them.

My husband recently bought a jacket. He ordered a size 2X. When he got it it said 5X on the tag, and still fit like a size medium. When looking at the website, there is no bigger size than a 3x. He left a review on their page and they immediately removed it. He now cannot reach anyone via phone.

Poor product, poor company
Sizing recommendations are way off. Build quality was inferior. Says DOT but it is the cheapest material I have seen in a DOT helmet. BIKERFOWARD was horrible to work with. After shipping the product without goggles and above issues, the company charged a restocking fee as well as return shipping. I contacted them to give an opportunity to rectify the situation and they disappeared with no response. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered a medium and ended up with xlarge. Now I have to pay shipping to return. Nor worth it. Wish I looked at reviews before purchase.

Sent wrong size product then asked to return the item at customers expense to be “reimbursed” upon receipt, only to find out on multiple online reviews that they don’t often provide a refund. Wasn’t going to spend more money. This business is a scam. Product is also of very low quality. Save your money and spend it elsewhere.

I have been trying to return my purchase and be refunded. I've emailed this company several times, I've called the number on their website and no one is responding to my emails or returning my calls. Something is really sketchy about this company. Please read the reviews and know that there are issues with returning and being refunded. The jacket I purchased is poor quality!!! I'm very disappointed!

Don’t order from this company unless you are sure you want and can use the item. They ship from China so return won’t be possible.

The return service is the most time consuming obnoxious process. Also their site says their goods are genuine leather but this is not the case

Do not buy from this company it is a fraud they offer $15.00 for a refund of a jacket for 99. I sent the fake jacket back and they refuse to give me money. I work for the law department and i am going to do all i can do. Please report them!!!!!!!!!
