Ordered aviator goggles from this company at the beginning of this month. I watched the tracking advance, until it cleared customs here in the US. Now I have zero tracking information, and it’s been 8 days.
I did end up receiving the goggles. They are decent for the cost, and perform as they should.

Ordered a denim vest with hood which came 2 weeks later in the wrong color. Very cheaply made and also felt a little damp when it arrived. I have other options so I know that I will never order from this company again. I've never had this horrible experience before. Not recommended.

HORRIBLE company to deal with. Over 3 weeks waiting to get a vest in Brooklyn NY, screw up w/ delivery, still haven’t received, contacted company several times & they basically told me I have to figure it out for myself!!! Avoid doing business with them.

I ordered a jacket from Biker Forward and they sent me the wrong color. After I returned it for an exchange, they sent me the EXACT same jacket. I've been trying to contact them for over a week and they won't respond. I HIGHLY recommend that you stay away from this company. Their contact number on their website doesn't even ring, and since they are located in China, there's no way to contact except email - and now they aren't responding at all. I'm stuck with a jacket that I don't want and out almost $100.00.

If I could give them less than a one I would. Don't waste your time on this sorry website, they want respond back to you. Go kick rocks!

Cheap quality and sizing is way off. Refund policy makes it not worth it to return. Disappointed customer.

I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered from them! It took a LONG TIME to receive a "leather" jacket and when it arrived, I could tell instantly that their sizing is off! The arms alone looked like they were designed by monkeys (no disrespect to monkeys). The medium is actually a small. I went round and round with them through one email after another with me telling them I didn't want a different size, because the small would be too small and the sleeves on a large would probably go to my knees. After I asked them to just stop and tell me what to do to return and get my money back, They told me they would charge me a 15% restocking fee, but offered me a $20 coupon to buy something if I would just keep the jacket. Do they really think I'm stupid enough to ever order anything else from them? Pfffft! Never!

Regarding the "preacher" who gave a review praising them and telling us that we can trust him because he's a "preacher" (or maybe he said pastor), I call BS! Do yourself a favor before ordering from this scammer company and read the reviews. Hopefully you're wise enough to see through the fake ones.

I returned a pair of goggles that didn't work for me. They ultimately refused to issue a refund. I filed a complaint with the BBB and Biker Forward didn't bother to respond. The company is a ripoff.

I purchased a jacket prior to Christmas 2023 and utilized their sizing chart. According to their chart, I required a 3 XL. I ordered the jacket and when it arrived, looked nice but it was way too small. The jacket stated 6XL but just fit my daughter who is 5”6 and 140lbs.
I contacted the company and they stated I would have to pay 15% restocking fee and also pay for return shipping, even though the sizing was incorrect on their end and contradicting their website 100% satisfaction guaranteed!
This is NOT a reputable company from CHINA.

Terrible. Used their sizing chart both times and jackets do not fit. Sizing chart is wrong. These jackets are made for little Chinese people. So XL is actually a small and I’m not exaggerating.
They make you pay for exchanges or returns even though it is their fault that they can’t even have an accurate size chart listed.
They also will charge you a 15 % restocking fee if you return. This is not listed anywhere on their website.

Horrible. Ordered a genuine leather jacket took a long time to get and basically got a cheap trash bag also with returns. THEY CHARGE YOU FOR THEM. For sending a product that wasn't even what was ordered! Dont do it!!!

The liner that was supposed to be attached to the inside of the jacket I purchased, was not there. The company told me I HAD to return it in the original packaging, that was thrown away when I wrapped it because it was a gift and the original packaging was a bag!!!!!

Very bad customer service jacket did not fit snd they said they would send new one once I sent back the one that did not fit, I did that and now they have ghosted me so I’m out $250 and no jacket

It’s a fake company. I ordered boots through the Shop app no less and they’ve been in limbo for 6 months. The customer service number and email are fake. Shop is completely useless. Never buy here

Ordered a leather jacket as a Christmas present and (I see I'm not the only one, but this placeis BS). Ive been waiting nearly three weeks and it still just says in transit. THE COMPANY WILL NOT RESPOND TO MY EMAILS. This is a complete waste of money. DONT BE LIKE ME.

SCAM. I ordered a leather jacket for my daughter for Christmas. I never received it and it has been showing “in transit,” sitting 45 min away from me for a week now. I contacted the company and they told me it was “in transit” and gave me no new information. I tried to call the BS carrier with the number listed and it went immediately to VM saying the cell number is not available. I just filed a dispute with my credit card company. Lesson learned to investigate unfamiliar brands/sites before making purchases.

I submitted a return on 10/3/23 and have emailed over 20 times since then (it is now 11/27/23) and have not received a response yet. This item cost me $78.92. I have never in my 56 years seen such HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT EVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FRIM BIKER FORWARD!!!

Terrible experience. I ordered two denim jackets for my kids birthdays as it’s starting to get chilly out where I live. I have been in contact with customer service via email and they are refusing to send me a return label so I can have my items refunded per their return policy. They are attempting to haggle with me. The last email I recieved from them asked me to keep the items for only a 50% refund.

Do not purchase. They post wrong items . 5hen send Chinese stuff and colors don't match what you ordered
