Beware! Just know if you order something that doesn't fit, they will not pay postage for you to return it or exchange it. They will only interact with you through e-mail with a return address. You can return it, pay postage and pay a 15% restock fee will be deducted from your return amount. Or you can get store credit. Either option takes 7-10 business days after they receive your return package. Not the best customer service for gaining repeat business.

STAY CLEAR OF THIS SCAM COMPANY, DO NOT BUY anything from this company. They offer no help on an order never received. They suggest I look around my yard or around my neighborhood for my package! Says they shipped through our postal service. Ripped off. STAY AWAY.

I ordered a 3xl and waited almost one month, upon arrival the sizing was more like a medium not a 3xl. I will never do business with this company again. Very dishonest business model.

Horrible Company. Customer Service is dumb as rocks and will not help you in the slightest. I ordered a jacket from them, took wayyy too long to come, and then they sent me the wrong item. I asked for a refund only for them to argue with me for two weeks then proceed to tell me they shipped another jacket out for me, when I specifically asked for a refund. Do not buy from here, it’s a scam.

Well the jacket I got was a great jacket it just didn’t fit! Great leather and good look! But I had to return it! They have been super great about it! No problems that didn’t get handled! The jackets run about two sizes to small! But the did have great service!

Terrible experience, will never purchase from them again, they sell heated gloves without what’s needed to heat them, and like everyone else says, they don’t pay return shipping and charge 15% stocking fee! Worst company to do business with!

While this is an inexpensive real leather coat, the sizing is WAY off. And, don't be fooled by their FREE RETURNS claim on their site. It's not free. You pay both return postage AND a 15% restock fee.

Same as everyone. Horrible quality. Was way to small. Tried to refund and you have to pay for shipping and 15% stocking fee. So it’s almost not worth returning! I would rather find someone it fits! Horrible! Don’t buy from them.

Ridiculously late in arriving, absolutely not certified protection and abysmal quality. The return address was in the US (from UK) and full refund was not processed. Avoid at all cost- saving money and potentially your life if you ride.

Package arrived 15 days after ordering and damaged. Contents also damaged as well as not being what was advertised- no Kevlar! Website says “Easy Returns; Satisfaction Guaranteed; Full Refund for damaged goods including shipping” but not true. When I asked for refund I was told they don’t refund shipping and there is 15% restocking fee. I ask for return and they offered me $20 to keep. If I had known they weren’t going to honor their policy, I would not have ordered - slow shipping, not truthful, overpriced.

I am not happy. They took my money on 10/02/2024. Now no one will answer me. No tracking info, no phone #, nothing!! Never agaun!

They aren't an American company, they're actually located in China so be prepared to wait at least a month for your stuff and expect the quality not to be good as it looks. The customer service is actually pretty good, they just reply around 12AM as they are located in China. Purchase from them at your own risk. Will I be purchasing from them again? Probably not. Edit: due to the fact that they are committing deceptive business practices and this is considered as fraudulent behavior. In the events if I do not receive my item or if they sent the incorrect size on purpose, I would love if customers gave me a statement on their experience with this company so that I can take legal action against them as they are causing harm to their consumers. I ordered the Biker Oil Wax Thick Cowhide Leather Jacket. I wasn't expecting top of the line leather, but this is utterly ridiculous. In addition to that and to be on the safe side, I ordered a jacket one size larger. I was sent a jacket 2-3 times TOO SMALL. I wear a Large slender/skinny, ordered an XL and that was like a Small. They have no customer service phone number (Red Flag), so all you can do is send an email and prey for a response which I'm still waiting on.

Do not buy from them!!! They wait 2 weeks to ship and it comes from China!! Make take couple months to get, and you can’t track it unless you pay for an app!!

This company is horrible. They sent me the wrong jacket THREE times in a row, only to inform me that they no longer had that color. Now they will not refund my money and I don't even have the jacket. You can't even call and talk to a person. Worst online buying experience of my life

I bought a pair of pants from this Flashy website and after 30 days I finally got the package (meanwhile I had to send them a couple of emails to see where the package was). First I have to say that I paid $109 for those pants for the material that is not worth $10, also they run small in size and then when I asked them for a refund they told me that I had to pay for the shipping and they would charge me 15% restocking fee while most of the companies are not charging for returns not to mention the horrible communication.
Don't spend your time and money with this company !!!!

Biker Forward's customer service is NOT helpful. I purchased a jacket that just didn't sit correctly on my daughters body. I wanted to return for a refund. On the website it states "hassle-free" returns! The back and forth for my refund was ridiculous and NOT “hassle-free”. After initial contact, customer service replied to let me know that they will not cover shipping fees for returns AND they will charge a restocking fee. But they could offer me another 20% off my piece of clothing that didn't fit me. I had to reply to to get instructions on how to return. Once I sent my jacket ($17 shipping) back, I had to email them twice with the tracking number. I was warned that immediate documentation of my tracking number would lead to further delays and possible forfeit of my refund. THEN I was told I had to check back to see if my shipment had made it and ASK AGAIN for my refund!!! I’m not sure why.
It took at least 8 emails back and forth to return an item.
Including my shipping cost of the return, I spent a total of $83.78 and was refunded $50.99.

My final paragraph to Customer Service:

"Enjoy the $$ you are keeping from me for the original shipping cost, the $20 to return the jacket, and the restocking fee. Don’t expect my business any longer. Returns for most sites I use are simple, not for your company. My review about the return process will be an honest account of this drawn out expensive ordeal.

Ordered a ripped demon vest.

The product is cheaper Chinese denim and quality. Don't be fooled by the website pictures or the reviews on their site; they filter the reviews to only high ratings (my review disappeared the second I refreshed).

The demon has a very strong odour, like gas or oil. The smell is still there after multiple washes and hangs outside.

The demin is cheap, but they also only used a single layer mostly. The rips are not patched up, so there is no enforcement. The pictures falsely show this.
They also stated pickets oh the chest, which is fake. The pockets don't open. It's just a single layer of denim.

Finally, their customer support is not helpful. Requesting a full refund due to the smell and false advertisement, resulted in them demanding that I pay the return and restocking price, while they offer me a coupon.

Save your money, this is a cheap company. The price is too good to be true cause it is.

Ordered a helmet, it came after almost 2 weeks and was too big. I measured my head and followed the size guide which was frustrating. But, their return process is absolutely atrocious. I had to email them, it took 3 days to get the information on how to return it. I had to bring it to the post office and pay $25 to send it back to them. Avoid this company at all costs.

Ordered a raincoat a month ago. Tracking stopped when it "cleared customs" 2 weeks ago. The phone number at the site does not work. Have emailed and gotten no response. Don't waste your money with this company.
