Zero Stars if it were an option!

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering - 1.3 stars from 79 reviews. Nearly everything the reviews reported has also been my experience with returns/exchanges and this company.

Took almost 3 weeks to receive from order date. Pants were almost 5 inches bigger in the waist than the online size chart for the pants. The email contact (only way to reach them) gave me the runaround so much, I didn't even want to risk the fees to try another size and spend more on return shipping. Continued to insist I would have to pay restocking fee and shipping unless product was damaged. Product was defective, as advertised sizing was not what I received. Customer service copy -pasted the exact same one sentence reply twice when I emailed requesting a phone call and options. Demanded a tracking number for the return with no confirmation of sending exchange size. Continued to insist I would have to pay the restocking fee and sent link to their return policy, which ironically states "hassle free returns." When I finally relented to sending them back, asking for a full refund for DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED misleading product, they responded with the flood excuse, as noted in another trustpilot review, and that returns would be further delayed for the foreseeable future. The item I was returning came from and were shipping back to a residential house in Buford, Georgia, US.

"Due to recent severe flooding that has affected our warehouse facilities, we are currently unable to process the inventory of returned goods for an extended period of time." At this point, I have mailed the pants back and sent the tracking number, no exchange/shipping on the new size, and zero intention to refund me and also still insisting I will pay a restocking fee.

Please beware. This company is not trustworthy.

***Edit to add: 8/29/25 pants have been confirmed delivered to “front door or porch” via tracking number I provided demanding full refund for defective product - still no refund or contact from company.

DO NOT order from them! The vest I received was extremely cheap. Every time I asked them to return it they tried to talk me out of it, and when I finally demanded to return it they made up some ridiculous story about flooding which prevented them from accepting returns. They are scammers, pure and simple.

Deceptive Description and Terrible Product
These boots were advertised as motorcycle boots and that couldn’t be farther from the truth. The boots were cheaply made with paper thin soles that would never protect feet. Shipping was horrible. Took over a month to get delivered. They came from China so beware. Nothing on the site said that. Customer service was awful. Wouldn’t refund me even though the boots were not as advertised. I had to pay shipping and a 15% restocking fee. I sent them back to the address on the package but that was wrong so they got returned to me. By the time I pay to ship them again, I will have lost money. I’m just going to throw them away. They’re too cheap to even donate.

Waited five weeks to receive item. Item was lost. Refund a month later. They kept the shipping amount. So I paided for their mistake. Terrible service.

Worst purchase ever, battling to get refund.

Ordered a vest. It was the wrong size, I spent a significant amount of money returning it. They asked for the tracking number for the return, and said they were in the process of sending me a new one. Weeks later, according to the tracking they forwarded me, they sent it to some else in the WRONG COUNTRY!! I tried and tried to reach out, they ignored me. I am out 200.00. An sbsolutely unprofessional, ridiculous company.

Scam company. This is my last email regarding a package that never arrived. (2) pairs of riding jeans. The phone number is not accepting calls, and by now they’ve realized that I am a “findoutologist” they are no longer responding to my emails.

Not delivered. I was able to get the USPS TRACKING #9400109105156610106458 from the shipping info that you provided. I went to the Ft Moore Military Post Office. Nice thing is that they have such high standards that they only use scanned barcodes to deliver mail on the installation. They looked up the order and said that the package was not in my name, had a delivery address of Miller Loop Ft Moore Ga 31905, and that the package weighed 3.84 ounces. That is the package that corresponds to the tracking number you provided. You are not going to tell me that two pairs of riding jeans with protective inserts weigh the same as a small bottle of cosmetics. They also advised how unscrupulous companies will sell tracking info to make it look like an item was delivered in order to scam the buyer. You can not scam me, nor can you scam the USPS of a military installation. You will either send me the items that I paid for, or you will refund my money. I will not pay shipping, or restocking, because I never received the original items ordered. This tracking number is not the correct tracking number for my items. Send them, or give me my money. Please provide the correct tracking number for my shipment

I ordered a men's leather jacket in XL size and received a female XL jacket.
I contacted Biker Forward and they were rude and very unprofessional.
I had to pay shipping to return the lady's jacket and to top it off they charged me a 35% restocking fee.
If I could leave a negative 5 star review I'd do it in a heartbeat!

its a scam...here is the email I sent them...still no response. They took the order, took months to ship and gave tracking number. claims delivered and I didnt receive anything and they send me a tracking number and says i have to work with USPS. I did, and USPS says the product was delivered to the address they wrote and thats not mine. Basically, they are shipping to themselves and taking your money.

Hi,We ordered this jacket months ago. You took months ship and I never received. I contacted you and you claim it’s delivered and send me tracking. I checked with USPS and they investigated and confirmed that that package was not addressed to delivered to me. So they claim they delivered to the address written on that.I paid you and I checked the address on the order and all looks right, but you MADE MISTAKE and look my money and NOT responding to my enquires. It’s your responsibility and I don’t need to do these many times. If it was USA company he would have been black listed. You are running a scam. You might delivered to your own friends as you are not responding to which address you wrote that. You have contact number listed on the website which doesn’t exists. Means solid proof of zero customer service.I checked with neighbors and they didn’t get it.I need my money back and give me where do I write an ugly review and official complaint on you so that you don’t do this to others. I will start posting on social media on Thais can if I don’t get the response on this matter.

Beware! Just know if you order something that doesn't fit, they will not pay postage for you to return it or exchange it. They will only interact with you through e-mail with a return address. You can return it, pay postage and pay a 15% restock fee will be deducted from your return amount. Or you can get store credit. Either option takes 7-10 business days after they receive your return package. Not the best customer service for gaining repeat business.

STAY CLEAR OF THIS SCAM COMPANY, DO NOT BUY anything from this company. They offer no help on an order never received. They suggest I look around my yard or around my neighborhood for my package! Says they shipped through our postal service. Ripped off. STAY AWAY.

I ordered a 3xl and waited almost one month, upon arrival the sizing was more like a medium not a 3xl. I will never do business with this company again. Very dishonest business model.

Horrible Company. Customer Service is dumb as rocks and will not help you in the slightest. I ordered a jacket from them, took wayyy too long to come, and then they sent me the wrong item. I asked for a refund only for them to argue with me for two weeks then proceed to tell me they shipped another jacket out for me, when I specifically asked for a refund. Do not buy from here, it’s a scam.

Well the jacket I got was a great jacket it just didn’t fit! Great leather and good look! But I had to return it! They have been super great about it! No problems that didn’t get handled! The jackets run about two sizes to small! But the did have great service!

Terrible experience, will never purchase from them again, they sell heated gloves without what’s needed to heat them, and like everyone else says, they don’t pay return shipping and charge 15% stocking fee! Worst company to do business with!

While this is an inexpensive real leather coat, the sizing is WAY off. And, don't be fooled by their FREE RETURNS claim on their site. It's not free. You pay both return postage AND a 15% restock fee.

Same as everyone. Horrible quality. Was way to small. Tried to refund and you have to pay for shipping and 15% stocking fee. So it’s almost not worth returning! I would rather find someone it fits! Horrible! Don’t buy from them.

Ridiculously late in arriving, absolutely not certified protection and abysmal quality. The return address was in the US (from UK) and full refund was not processed. Avoid at all cost- saving money and potentially your life if you ride.

Package arrived 15 days after ordering and damaged. Contents also damaged as well as not being what was advertised- no Kevlar! Website says “Easy Returns; Satisfaction Guaranteed; Full Refund for damaged goods including shipping” but not true. When I asked for refund I was told they don’t refund shipping and there is 15% restocking fee. I ask for return and they offered me $20 to keep. If I had known they weren’t going to honor their policy, I would not have ordered - slow shipping, not truthful, overpriced.

I am not happy. They took my money on 10/02/2024. Now no one will answer me. No tracking info, no phone #, nothing!! Never agaun!
