I have been attending Llc for years
I have been attending Llc for years. I dont feel the management care about customers wishes, no matter how many surveys you complete, nothing changes. They cancel classes at the last minute, dont make effort to cover classes, so often you're booked on for hours. They cancel it and notify you 20 mins before. Bank holiday just gone is a prime example. Mark never covers bank hols, he informs customers openly. Yet the class was advertised until 4 30 pm approx, class starts 5.15 pm. I just atrended Alex's kettlebells trx class, he has no filter, and tried to show me how to do exercise properly, which I have no prob with. But he kept on and on at me towards end of the class, then apologised to the whole class for the time he had spent on me, trying to teach me! Then saying to me? how easy the exercise is. I was embarassed. He would not let me be, and in the end, I just shut his voice out, and ignored him, because his so called teaching technique was not working. I think I even told him to leave me alone. I wont be going to his classes again, his ego is too big. I've not had that experience with other instructors there before. He is unprofessional in my opinion.

Could do with a refurb on gym equipment
I live in llanishen so the gym is quite handy being across thd Road from me however I do feel the equipment in the gym is rather old and dated and given the price of the membership being £45 pounds then I feel the gym needs to be looked at in certain aspects as you can get a membership at jd gyms for less and high quality professional equipment ,the pool area is great only the swim lanes is my only issue I feel they could be a bit bigger for all us members that like to swim ,the staff are great ,the facilities are kept very spotlessly clean my only issues are the lane for swimming and the outdated equipment and not enough of it

Fast and effective help
Hi - I had a parking charge notice when I shouldn't have (the second recently due to ipads for logging vehicle registrations not being available for a period in March).
On both occasions these problems were dealt with very quickly by the staff and management who contacted Gemini and had the charge cancelled. Many thanks Sam and Siobhan.

first swimming lesson
For a first swimming lesson as a parent very disappointed , my child cannot swim has never had lessons, she was left to fend for herself many times, while the two swim instructor’s continually talking.
If I see whitness this on the next lesson a a formal complaint will be made.
