The app is awful
The app is awful, wasted a morning trying to book my daughter into swimming. Ended up going to the leisure centre where the staff we incredibly helpful and friendly. My daughter had been really enjoying her swimming lessons and staff again are very friendly. Changing facilities are very clean. The cafe needs some attention and more tables and chairs. My eldest daughter uses the gym and again staff are helpful and friendly. If it wasn't for the lovely staff I don't think I'd bother.

Llanishen Pool Party
Just wanted to say that Llanishen Pool in Cardiff is a lovely place to take children of all ages and abilities. Every Friday teatime they have a "pool party" which the staff organise themselves. My grandchildren love it, the staff are so talented and all the children like to get involved. I think that if other pools are not already doing this then they should consider it. The staff at Llanishen are very talented and put a lot of extra work into the pool party . Well done

Membership issue resolved
I had issues getting through on the phone to discuss my membership, so I used the online email fully expecting to wait days for a reply and to have a difficult back and forth. What I actually got was a reply within a few minutes, despite it being after 20.00, and really helpful information from James even after it was clear I had made an error in cancelling my Direct Debit. So impressed with the speed and help of the service!

Nothing made it great
Nothing made it great, this is his Dad. Trying to get membership online nightmare. Turned up for induction (which we had to wait over a week for ) 15 mins early to be on time, he is now missing his football training because instructor has 10 kids not 4 and has taken 2hrs so far(sill waiting) instead of the 60 - 90mins i was told. Told if i take him now he will have to do it all again. I help coach football so my kids are being let down aswell. This is shocking.
