Bensons For Beds - Stoke350 Omdömen

Good showroom experience. Helpful staff.

Extremely happy with the bed in general. I was a bit wary initially about buying a bed online, not being able to see how firm the mattress is first, but I honestly didn't need to be. I also needed to amend my original order, which I did via email. It was dealt with promptly and professionally. The delivery men were courteous and on time, they also brought shoe covers when bringing the bed into carpeted area. The bed was so well-packaged that it took me ages to actually get at it! It arrived in perfect condition and with all the attachments. Overall I am very pleased with the bed, it looks top-notch and is super comfy.

The store staff (Faye & Leigh) Festival Park, Stoke-on-Trent) were first class, very informative and helpful and no sales pressure, which was refreshing.
The delivery was precisely to a date of our choosing and the mattress (Tempur) was well priced and is fantastic. We will be going back for a new bed in our spare room when ready.

The lady in your Festival Park branch who looked after us was very helpful and knowledgeable.
She made us feel valued and welcome. There was a good range of beds and mattresses for us to view and we were happy with the quality of the goods we ordered when they were delivered.
We were really happy with Bensons for beds from beginning to end.

The young lady who served me was fantastic. She was friendly, knowledgable, patient and extremely helpful. A credit to your Festival Park store.

The delivery men respected my wishes in covering their shoes. They built my bed very efficiently and quickly. They asked me exactly where I wanted my bed positioned and they unwrapped the mattress and placed it the right side up for me. I would definately recommend Bensons to family and friends.

Leigh was helpful, informative, knowledgeable, but best of all left us alone to decide on our choice of bed in comfort. Top marks all round.

Fantastic service from the shop floor to the delivery service excellent. Updated regularly when my will delivered. Had phond call from the delivery team that there are on there way.Just a fantastic experience from Bensons for beds.

Was assisted by Faye at the Hanley (Festival Park) branch who was very welcoming and provided all the information we needed to make our purchase.
A later visit saw the same great service provided by Leigh.
Thank you both for an excellent service.

Would recommend the Stoke‑on‑Trent store for great customer service and helpful advice on bedroom furniture. It’s a large store with a good range of products. Staff are friendly and not pushy, and Leigh is especially knowledgeable, offering excellent guidance on beds and mattresses to suit your needs.

The bed expert Mike was brilliant, he patiently helped me to choose a new mattress

Over and above levels of service from the team in Stoke, they went the extra mile. The delivery team were also brilliant, shoes taken off, made zero mess and were very friendly. Highly recommended 👍🏻

After a lot of research I found a trundle bed which ticked all the boxes, Mike was extremely helpful explained everything, advising which were the best mattresses. Then helped me to purchase a new mattress for my spare bed. Thanks Mike pleasure meeting you

Excellent service throughout although a customer cuppa would top everything off to perfection.
Young man who processed our order and advised on the purchase did an excellent job and needs credit for his customer service skills.
