Andy the store assistant was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble to ensure that I got the best mattress for my needs.

So easy and helpful

Myself and my partner had a brilliant experience mattress shopping in the St Helens store. We were assisted by Georgina, who was extremely helpful and patient. She guided us through the features of a range of mattresses, and comprehensively answered all our questions, which enabled us to choose one we were very happy with. We would definitely return here in future.

Georgina staff at st Helen’s branch was knowledgeable and informed, helpful without being pushy and pointed us in the right direction.

Informative and efficient

We went into store to have a look at the mattresses as we were unsure what want to buy. After speaking with Tracey one of the store assistance and she explained all the different types of mattresses and advising us to lie in the different type to which we preferred.
All this helped us make informed decision to which mattress to buy.

We were greeted with a smile by Harry he asked if we needed help. We asked many questions regarding our purchase. He was very thorough which helped us in our decision. Thank you for making our choice easy.

I didn't think customer service still existed until I visited this store. I visited Bensons for Beds in St Helens to measure a bed I had ordered online. Two members of staff welcomed me and I explained what I needed despite the fact I hadn't ordered the bed in-store at St Helens or any other branch. Collectively these people could not have been more helpful and called in a favour from another store to help me out. I cannot recommend these wonderful staff enough! The store would benefit from not being tucked away at the end of the retail park next to an empty unit so more people can benefit from this warm and friendly service.

I don’t remember the name of the colleague that served us but she was very knowledgeable and helped us choose the right bed for us. She explained all about the extras that could be purchased and about how the delivery will work. Job well done!

My wardrobe has been damaged and none of the delivery guys informed me. So currently I have a crack inside of a brand new wardrobe that wasn’t cheap.
