Great experience from start to finish.
We went into the Preston showroom and were helped with the choice of bed and mattress we needed and suited the way we slept. We had it delivered and it was put up by the delivery team and our old mattress removed. From start to finish a great experience and I haven’t slept as well in years.

The girls in the store were very helpful and friendly and not pushy.
Delivery guys were nice.
The tracking map didn’t update but I got a call 30ish mins before delivery and it was delivered within the 2-hour window.
A few rips in the packaging for the mattress but doesn’t look damaged itself.
Delivery slots weren’t the most regular, and no weekend slots, so you may struggle if you work full time :/

I genuinely cannot believe how badly Benson for Beds have handled this.
They have admitted liability for delivering my mattress to the WRONG ADDRESS, despite somehow managing to collect my old mattress from the correct address on the exact same day. How does that even happen?
Because of their mistake, I was left without a bed and without a mattress for an entire week. Their response? Essentially, “Oh, sorry about that.”
I was repeatedly promised manager callbacks that never came. I have been offered no compensation, no meaningful solution, and I STILL do not have the mattress I paid for.
I called again yesterday expecting this mess to finally be sorted, only to be told I could now be waiting ANOTHER TWO WEEKS for my mattress to be delivered.
So because of Benson for Beds’ own admitted mistake, I’m potentially expected to go weeks without a proper bed while they apparently treat the situation as though it’s a minor inconvenience.
The complete lack of urgency, communication and basic customer care has been absolutely appalling. Mistakes happen, but it is how a company deals with those mistakes that matters – and Benson for Beds have failed at every opportunity to put this right.
I would never recommend this company to anybody. This has genuinely been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had, and I will be making sure I share my experience wherever possible so other people know exactly what they could be dealing with.
Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

I bought a mattress at Bensons beds in Preston by the docks recently. The staff were excellent and very helpful and considerate.
Especially Steven.
I changed my mind about the mattress I had chosen a few days after making the order and the staff had no problems with letting me choose a different product.
They also helped me to get the best deal possible which was on offer at the time.

Did not get put under pressure in the salesroom. I was encouraged to take my time and was left to try out the mattresses before making a decision.
I was not pressured into making a decision that day.
Very friendly assistant, Jessica, was patient and informative.
I was kept apprised of the delivery situation and Ant [Driver] and Duncan [Driver's assistant] were both friendly and efficient.
