Brilliant service as always.
Was greeted at the store by a very helpful man who listened to what we were looking for then showed us appropriate mattresses that would suit us. He gave my partner and I time alone to try out mattresses and we didn’t feel pushed into anything. Xx

Anita was so kind and helpful at the showroom and Karl and his colleague who delivered and put together the bed were so efficient and considerate. They could not have been better! Went into Preston store with very little idea of what we wanted. We were greeted by a very competent member of staff who spent time explaining the difference between different mattresses and encouraged us to try out a number of different mattresses. We eventually settled on the one that suited our needs and agreed to purchase along with a bed frame. Very smooth purchase with everything explained clearly to us. All in all a pleasant experience.

A good experience.
The customer advisor remembered us from a visit a few days before, she also remembered the bed we required. Her manner was polite and her knowledge was good. We were told when the bed could be delivered and she accepted our alternative date. The experience was good throughout.

5 Star service in…
Fantastic service from Steven in Preston store. Assisted us without been pushy, gave us good advice, he is excellent at his job.
Delivery guys Hessey and Gav were brilliant, excellent communication, were told a time slot and were called on the day to say they were on the way. Shoe covers applied before taking mattress upstairs and placing mattress on the bed.
Will definately use Bensons again in the future.
