Bensons For Beds - Hull678 Omdömen

Tom was spot on, super friendly, knowledgeable & a credit to Bensons for beds ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐

From the moment I entered the store to completing my order, the staff, especially Tom and Zain, were very patient helpful. Their knowledge of the goods they have and the options available to me helped a great deal. I had two visits to the store, Tom provided quotes and payment options and follow up calls as promised with no pressure at all. The customer experience was excellent and I’m now very excited to receive my new bed set very soon. Highly recommend Bensons for beds.

I got exactly what I wanted great service very helpful staff and great after customer service

Staff where helpfull and knowledgeable about the products. Gave me time and didn't try to force any particular product on me. Would recommend to others

The products are excellent quality. Delivery team very helpful.

Friendly and courteous staff in store and delivery team, Reece and Andy P were fab. Have used Bensons before and definitely will again.

We visited the Hull St Andrews Quay store and were helped by Natalie to choose our new bed. We didn’t go in to actually purchase a new bed on that day but Natalie was so helpful and went above and beyond to help us choose a new bed we ended up buying one there and then. Excellent customer service so far.

Assistance in the shop was spot on. Not too much, but there with all the information and help when it was needed.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Allowed us to look around without pressure but available for questions when needed.

Great service. No intimidating sales staff, ALL staff members the day we went in were ALL really nice people. No forced sales and very knowledgeable on what they had to offer. We felt we were supported well with our purchase and were served by Letty. Such a lovely pleasant person with a lot of people skills which helps you feel valued as a customer and she was devoted to helping us get a comfortable, good nights sleep. Delivery coming soon.

Excellent delivery service from Reece & Colin. On time. Quick and proficient assembly of bed. Tutorial on how to take it apart. Tidied all packaging away plus an old mattress.

Tom was amazing very knowlegable regarding our purchess

Excellent service from the moment we walked into the Hull store

A great company for trying out beds
have a good reputation and the staff are friendly
Mike who served us was very helpful in everything we wanted

Having already had an igel mattress for five years, there was no other bed for me. My previous mattress was sadly discontinued but Lettie at the Hull store took the time to show me the newer igel options. I was never rushed and tried out all the display models. I decided upon the igel 5000 firm mattress. I Only had to wait 3 weeks from order to delivery. The mattress is very comfortable and supports you in the best way. Looking forward to many more wonderful nights sleep. Thank you ☺️

Excellent prices and service. No pushy sales

Excellent service from walking in the shop to delivery

I had a mattress which developed a fault a technician came out and failed the mattress I was able to get a new one with no problems, unfortunately the new one was too firm for us and I was able to change it to a softer one with no hassle at all delivered and installed quickly, the only thing I wasn’t happy with was having to pay a fee for changing the mattress when it’s a comfort guarantee that you can swap if any problems
