Bensons For Beds - Chester Omdömen 

We visited the Chester branch after receiving a quote from another bed company.
We were greeted by a lovely salesman called Barry who was extremely knowledgeable and professional.
What really made it a pleasure to shop here was that after showing us certain beds and mattresses to look at he gave us some pillows and left us to brouse and try a variety of beds. It was a real pleasure doing business with Bensons For Beds and in our view every shop should have a Barry.

Christine at the Chester store was wonderful. She really listened to what we were after as we had limited space and she managed to find the right bed for us. Delivery was also pretty quick

This is our second purchase at this branch and as last time we were helped understanding what the options were based on our needs and we were left freely to decide and choose. Amazing!

Due to a delay in our house purchase Bensons kept the wardrobe in store for us until we were able to complete. They then fitted the wardrobe quickly and efficiently.

We loved how the team took the time to ask us lots of questions to help us work out which bed would be best for us. They also gave us plenty of time to try the different beds before we made our decision, and we never felt under any pressure.

Fantastic service in the Chester store, great selection of products and amazing customer service.

The staff at Bensons are very helpful! I did the mattress exchange as the first was just too hard for me & hurting my hips. There is a charge for this as expected & it wasn’t a problem & I ordered a different one a medium & it was here in 2 wks. Up to now it’s fine, I’ll know when this heat wave goes.

The customer service from Christine was excellent. She was very knowledgeable & there was no pressure to buy. It was also nice to have the time to try out the mattresses before we made our choice 😀

The guy in the Chester store Paul he was great really friendly not pushy.. I wanted certain matress at a certain price and he showed me what they had in that range I come away happy knowing I had exactly what I wanted

I went into Bensons on Sealand Park Chester to buy a new mattress. I found Dave to be very helpful and knowledgeable .He was attentive without being pushy and left me to try the two different mattress I was torn between in peace advising me to lie in the position I usually sleep in. . The delivery went smoothly and arrived within the two hour slot I was allocated. I am very pleased with the mattress which is very comfortable.

What we were told we were purchasing was not what was ultimately delivered. When choosing the bed, we explained that we did not need a headboard because we already had one that would be suitable. However, Tim, the salesperson, told us that the bed was being sold as a complete set, including the headboard, as they needed to make room for new stock. Based on this information, we agreed to the purchase.

When the bed was delivered, there was no headboard included. After contacting Tim, he denied ever saying that a headboard was part of the sale. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

My advice to anyone considering buying from this store is to take photographs of the exact bed you choose and ensure that any promises or details discussed are confirmed in writing. In our experience, what was promised during the sale was later denied when the issue was raised after delivery.

Very disappointed with the service received from Benson Beds Chester.
