Superb customer service in-store at Chester from Christine, superb customer service when having to move date of delivery back multiple times due to delay on house move and excellent delivery service and setup. Bed is of amazing quality and we couldn't be happier with it

From picking the mattress to delivery, the whole process was excellent.
The store manager dealt with my wife and I, there were no sales pressure tactics and the friendly banter was mixed with his experience in selling the products. Other members of staff were also very friendly and humorous.
The day of delivery... we were kept up to date with delivery expectation times and the delivery team were very polite.

The delivery team put up our bed excellent, we couldn’t be happier with our bed. Unfortunately, they left a few black stains on our carpet.
The team in the store were amazing, helped us along the way!

The drivers delivered at the scheduled time, they were polite and respectful of our property, they opened the mattresses and placed it on the base. Once they left I opened the pillows so they could breath, unfortunately the tempur pillow was saturated/ soaking wet and water stained. I rang the Chester store who had one in stock. So at my expense and time I drove to the store to exchange this £150 pillow.
Christine the store assistant at Chester, is so knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and caring, patient making our visit so easy.

Great service from the Chester store by Dave. Delivery was within the timescale quoted. Delivery team were polite, efficient & took all the packaging away.

Excellent customer service in the Chester industrial park store, when choosing our new wardrobe. Dave and Christine were absolutely fantastic so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, without being at all pushy. They took the time to help us find exactly what we were looking for and made the whole experience really easy and enjoyable. Great advice from the Chester store (s long standing staff member, apologies I can’t recall her name), followed by efficient and professional delivery by a very helpful team. Would recommend.

From start to finish they let you know what's happening with your order and the both lads Barry and kelvin put everything together and done a brilliant job

From the moment we entered the store we were greeted by friendly, helpful staff. We needed lots of advice and had lots of questions which throughout the afternoon David and Paul helped us with. This is the second time we have bought from this store and the customer service is exceptional.

Great experience in store. We visited with view to purchase, but we found a mattress and bed to suit our needs at our first visit. Rose was incredibly helpful, no pressure. After we were given advice on mattresses and tried a few out until we found the perfect one, we browsed the store to choose a bed without a salesperson hovering over us!

There is so much more to buying a mattress than I first thought however Christine and Dave (Chester ) where on hand ,Menu thanks for the advice and sharing you’re expertise making the whole process a pleasurable experience

To be slightly critical:
Obviously the price creeps up with add ons. Add on costs need to be clearer when displaying the price e.g. clear delivery cost and clear cost of assembly as some beds had mechanical parts such as an ottoman bed.
Larger displays of picing around the store needed.
Lead time also needs to be clearer for each item. Some were 10 days others 12-14 weeks
Otherwise a good experience.

Steve and his manager were really helpful as always and we would not go anywhere else to buy a bed.

Barry greeted us within a few minutes of arriving and immediately made us feel welcome. We explained that we were only looking and honestly had no idea what we wanted, but he was relaxed, patient and never made us feel pressured.
After listening to what we needed, Barry simply asked, “Can I make some suggestions and show you a few options?” His knowledge and approach made the whole process so much easier. Within 40 minutes, we had chosen our new bed, mattress and completed the purchase!
