Brilliant experience thanks to Karen
Me and my partner visited Bensons for Beds to look for a new mattress, and we were helped by Karen. She was absolutely lovely! Calm, friendly, and genuinely helpful without ever being pushy. She took the time to explain everything clearly, helped us try different firmness levels using the machine, and made sure we understood what would suit us best. It was such a refreshing experience compared to the usual sales pressure you get elsewhere. Karen made us feel comfortable and confident in our choice and she really deserves recognition for how she treats customers.
The mattress itself is incredibly comfortable and definitely worth the money, as are the pillows.

Kyle was really helpful and listened to my requirments - not only for the style of bed I was looking for and mattress but also the price point which was really important.
