Even though they were very busy at the time they still had time for us and had time to explain things and wait for us to make our decision.

First class service from Tyrrell in the Westwood Cross branch. Warm attentive service that cut out a lot of time wasting. His analysis of our needs resulted in a shortlist that goes perfectly. Patiently explained the benefits each product and we opted for the Igel nanotech. At the time of writing this review I've just woken from the best night's sleep in years. Also a shout out to Lee and Glen for their professional delivery - fantastic experience from order to delivery - thanks.

The manager & staff in the Broadstairs branch were excellent. Extremely helpful in sorting our problem. This was the 3rd set of mattresses that had failed. The most recent mattresses only lasted 18months before the dips in the centres became unbearable to sleep on even though I believe there was a 8 or 10 year warranty. It’s a shame I can’t say the same for customer services that I initially called at head office. They was just interested & pushed us back to the store. Thankfully it has now been sorted & we are optimistic that these mattresses will last.

Everything went great from start to finish, and i am very happy with the quality of my bed.

The sales representatives in store were very friendly and helpful without being pushy. They left us alone to browse but kept checking in. Ordering was very straight forward including the finance options. We had to wait quite a while for delivery but when our items were delivered it went smoothly. The delivery guys were very friendly and professional and put together the bed very quickly and I took away our old items without any issues. Our new bed and mattress is very comfy and we have slept well since getting it.

The person who served us was friendly, knowledgeable and polite. He allowed us to make our own choices and wasn’t pushy at all. There was only one downfall. There was no sample swatch to take away with us. I think it is very important to supply swatches as they are useful for matching curtains/carpets etc. When I phoned the next day (as I couldn’t order one online) I was told I would be sent one. I am yet to receive it. The bed has not arrived yet so this is not a product quality review.

I've purchased from Bensons this year and three years ago. Both times the staff were excellent and beds great.

The showroom was undergoing refurbishment. However, this did not deter from the warm welcome we received and the time we were given in making our purchase.

Purchased A Solid Oak Wardrobe A Brand Solid Oak Double Ottoman Bed & A Mattress. At the Time Of Purchase (No Finance Just Straight Payment) I Was Led To Believe That My Mattress Was (Medium).
The Sales Man Just Said Sign Here & Here & Payment Was Taken. Didnt Get Asked To Read Anything. Off We Went & Had To Wait Just Over 2 Wks Of Waiting & Sleeping On The Bedroom Floor As We Had No Bed Or Mattress As Ours Broke.
When The Bed & Mattress Arrived We Didnt Think Or Relise That It Was An Extra Firm. We Put On The Mattress Protector & Tried The Mattress For Over A Week When We Couldnt Take It Anymore. We Spoke To The Store Who Just Stated To Come Find Another One & They Will Exchange It. No Mention Of Any Charges At All Ever. So On 08.09.26 We Went Into Store & Told Them We Just Wanted To Exchange Our Mattress For Same Mattress But In Medium Like We Originally Purchased. The Sales Man Did All The Paperwork & Then Proceeded To State We Had To Pay A Charge If We Wanted To Exchange The Mattress (First We Heard Of Any Charges We Needed To Pay After The Amount Of Money We Have Spent In Store.
We Had To Pay £49. Or We Would Be Stuck With This Hard Mattress We Paid Alot Of Money For. We Also Now Have To Wait Over 4wks Longer For The New Mattress To Arrive On 01.10.26 So We Are Having To Sleep Either On The Hard Mattress Or On The Floor On A Blow Up Mattress Which We Are Going To Have To Buy. We Cant Use This Mattress Any Longer. We Are Not Getting Any Sleep At All. Very Dissapointed.

We had a really positive experience at Bensons for Beds. We were served by the manager, who was friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful throughout. He took the time to explain the different options and answer all our questions without putting us under any pressure to buy. It was a relaxed, informative and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Highly recommended.
