Quality Bed From Bensons.
I was happy to receive updates on the construction of my bed.
The date I was initially given for the delivery was the date that it arrived and at the time specified, by
Andy Mac and Andy P.
This took approximately 10 minutes.
They removed all of the packaging.
I am very happy with the quality of my bed.
I would have preferred to have been asked before the delivery drivers left if they could tell me if the wheels could be locked as the bed moves around easily on the laminate flooring and just to check that I was happy with my bed.
They left before I could check.
Overall happy with my purchase.
Thank you. Susan Cook

A very average experience
The purchasing process in shop was good/fine.
The delivery was put into my garage, not upstairs as discussed during the purchasing process (also gave this feedback on courtesy phone call received after the delivery). I had to split boxes up to carry upstairs on own, which was okay.
I was most disappointed at the instructions. I was doing self assembly (and as a design engineer know how to read drawings) and found 1 step in the instructions is wrong.

Svar från Bensons For Beds - Aberdeen
Hello Mr Allan,
We're pleased to hear that you were happy with the purchasing process in store. However, we're sorry that the delivery did not meet the expectations set at the time of purchase and that you had to move the items upstairs yourself.
We're also disappointed to learn about the issues you encountered with the assembly instructions. We appreciate your comments, particularly given your experience as a design engineer, and we will ensure your feedback regarding the incorrect assembly step is passed on to the relevant team for review.
Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience,
