Belvoir&Co Omdömen 

This is my second time ordering from Belvoir&Co and once again they've exceeded my expectations. This time around, I ordered some Willow anti blue frames and the 3 piece box set case and then ordered the Diamond Cut Hampton Tea Gold frames on a seperate order.

The order arrived within 2 days, I received the boxset case and the Willow anti blue frames, but also a Kennedy Blue Gold set of frames.

Now this wasn't what I ordered so I'm thinking Belvoir&Co have made an error and I'm going to have to go through the returns policy etc and I was slightly annoyed.

Ive sent the email to customer services and they've responded within a few minutes asking for the packing sheet and photo of the incorrect frames sent.

I decided to check my mail again as there was only 1 packing sheet and I had made 2 seperate orders. To my surprise my Diamond Cut Hampton Tea Gold frames were in the mail lol so the Kennedy Blue Gold frames I thought were incorrect, were in fact a part of the black Friday mystery gift. So they sent me some free frames.

These guys are legends.

My first order was the Willow Blue with Silver Frame - fitted perfectly and you can tell it’s of high end quality unlike other retail brands.

My most recent order was the Willow Tea with Silver Frame - this time they gave me a mystery pair as well - Diamond Cut Willow Yellow with the stealth frame. Both excellent and to a high quality standard.

Honestly very happy with the sunglasses and delivery times (very fast).

First of all I order 3 of them for a very good price consider the quality the style and the perfect delivery they arrive with no scratches at all.
I will order more pieces for sure and I recommend it for everyone since they have options for every style.

Ordered my first pair from Belvoir about 3 weeks ago after seeing them pop up everywhere, and I'm genuinely impressed.
The frames feel solid. I'm not exactly gentle with my glasses and these have survived being tossed in my bag, sat on once.
Way better value than paying £300+ at the high street opticians for basically the same thing.

Received a pair of prescription sunglasses in May that came snapped at the nose out of the box.

After much back and forth and 2 new nose pieces that were both the wrong part to fix my glasses, we agreed to a return and refund in July. The glasses were returned to their doorstep on the 28th August and they have cut all contact with me and are yet to refund my money.

Overpriced garbage.

Worst customer service sending me an email that the order is delivered and I’ve received nothing.

I bought an item online for £49.99 it was buy 1 get 1 free so I thought great. Bought from them before I’ll go back and buy some again.

Imagine my disbelief when the glasses came and I wanted to return it as it didn’t fit. I delivered it within days of receiving the items. The item was returned and delivered back to Belvoir on the 9th and I’ve not received refunds at all. I chased them on email and they cheekily tried to give me a gift card of £47.50?!

1) I did not ask for a credit I asked for refund
2) why are you giving me £47.50 credit when my purchase was worth £49.99 excluding delivery fee

I have emailed back yesterday and they still haven’t acknowledged my request and now considering legal action against Belvoir.

Please stop wasting your customers time. Not only did you lose a customer, you’ve broken your policies by trying to avoid giving my refund and under pay me on a store credit.

I urge you to look into this urgently.

Best in the world

I ordered glasses from Belvoir&Co with a 45% discount, yet they declared the full price to customs. Because of that, I had to pay a huge import tax. The delivery process was also poorly managed.

On top of that, I contacted their customer support on October 9th regarding an issue with the green-colored pads, and followed up again on October 14th — still no reply at all from their side. The design of the glasses is nice and the quality isn’t terrible, but with this kind of attitude and complete lack of customer support, it’s really not worth ordering or bothering with this company

1000% recommended man the glasses are crazy. quality 10/10, design 10/10, packaging 10/10

Amazing glasses to be honest for the price I just got them so time will tell but so far the quality compered to the competition is good and I again dont expect 1500£ Cartier quality glasses but they are definitely very good option 💪🏼

Customer service is poor. They sent the wrong item and refused to give me a refund. i got one email a week if that. So the issue took over a month to get anywhere. they would only give me store credit or resend the pair i originally ordered. if i didnt want the item anymore and i would have to pay to return an item that was incorrectly sent with no refund for it, baring in mind consumer rights act 2015 means i am entitled to a refund if what i ordered wasnt what i received regardless if there’s a sale or not . Attitude via emails was not necessary and the quality is not great, very flimsy... Just everything about the company was poor, would never give them a penny again..

. as i can not reply their response, they were gifts and bought multiple in the sale at the same time i saw they were flimsy, so still AS I SAID.. FLIMSY.. so your clap back at an honest review again shows your company in all corners is just overall over rated and trash. Multiple people can not have the same opinion without there being truth to it regarding the quality and shoddy/rude customers service

My order still not received

Terrible company wouldn’t recommend at all rather keep your £40 in your pocket then waste it on these rubbish glasses. They don’t refund back your money as you can only get a store credit

This isn't a bad company but they have room for improvement. I ordered the willow frame from them with prescription lenses. The diamond cut lenses were very nice and solid quality but the frame is where they let themselves down. The arms I had on mine were the gold metals ones and the gold paint started rub off after a few months. They then started making a mark on the side of my head. I had to get new glasses because of this. I emailed their customer service about this and they ignored the email, clearly completely uninterested. They have potential but they need to improve their customer service, the quality of their frames and the time it takes to make the prescription glasses. I waited around 5 weeks which Is too long considering It normally takes half that time when you get glasses from an opticians, I know they warn you about the wait time before hand but they need to be faster. If they improve these things they'd be a 5 star company.
