Choices Pocket 2000
Ordered the Choices Pocket 2000 mattress and a Reinforced Divan Base (double, charcoal chenille) from The Bed Factory Direct and I'm really pleased with both. A few reviews had made me nervous about delivery turning up late, but mine arrived right on time. Everything came double-wrapped, so the mattress and base were both spotless clean. The delivery team carried it all into the house and were genuinely friendly and helpful. I've now been sleeping on it for ten days and the quality really shows: beautifully made and very comfortable. No complaints at all, would happily recommend.

Excellent customer service only…
Excellent customer service only disappointment was there was a delay with delivery slot which impacted my evening plans. But delivery company made up for it by putting bed in the room upstairs for me to compensate.

Told you could not deliver my warderobe i paid for as it was damaged then they had none in stock then it was discontinued the the delivery man rang to say they were on the way with the warderobe in in the van they never came then i see the same warderobe still on web site to buy the company is shocking!

Great product at a great price
Was looking for an extra high divan bed with a matching headboard and BFD were the only company I could find with the height I wanted (50cm). Their pricing was also excellent. The website was easy to navigate with plenty of description information in order to match the headboard and ordering was very easy with immediate email notification and a choice of delivery dates. The products came very well packaged on time and the quality was excellent. The courier company also delivered a great friendly service. Would have no hestitation to recommend.

Delivery went so smoothly
I posted a positive review when I purchased the bed and mattress. Well the bed and mattress have been delivered this morning and I was chuffed with the service provided. I arranged for the old bed to be removed, the new bed installed and all packaging removed. The two lads were Iain and Phil and they are a credit to your company. So friendly and helpful.
