Bed Factory Direct Omdömen 

Ordered a new bed last week from Warrington shop tried 3 beds. Ordered came the following week. I called customer service helpful on the phone and called me back. Bed delivered I am happy with it thanks

fast delivery on my day of choice .

I have just been asked to leave a review for my order which was supposed to have been delivered yesterday. Whatever system asks for reviews is obviously not connected to the system that tells customers that their order has been delayed by 10 days. So I am yet to find out if my mattress is as expected or if I am enjoying it, but I am looking forward to finally receiving the product and will leave a review of the item then

Great service, prompt delivery, even carried the big boxes upstairs for me. They were so good I recommend them to several of my friends

Ordered because of the advertised fast delivery and I am still waiting for my mattress. There was no communication to tell me it had been delayed and I’ve had to chase them myself. Extremely disappointing service and communication.

We ordered our new bed from here and the whole process was pretty easy . Great selection, competitively priced and free delivery!
However on the day of delivery we was given a 1800-2100hrs slot , this was changed at short notice , we got a call at 1600hrs to say they were 25 minutes away .
We cleared the drive so they had simple access straight in the front door . This was where it all started to go wrong ,it was a little bit complicated to get the angles right to get the divan started on the stairs but in their frustration they jammed it against the ceiling causing some damage to the top of it , they ripped the blind off the wall over the stair window and unknown to me ( I’m disabled and have difficulty getting up the stairs ) they just left both divan sections and the headboard on the landing outside the obviously empty bedroom.
I didn’t notice the damage until well after they had gone , so it would be a waste of time ringing to say they done it as they could say we did it putting it into the bedroom. and it is covered by the matress so we just let it go .
I feel taking one star off is fair .

Very pleased with the ottoman bed and headboard. It is well made , love the emerald green velvet! I had cause to telephone the following day after ordering on line and theywere very helpfulJust wished you offered an installation service.

Easy ordering, but the description of the mattress isnt accurate. This mattress was not in any way firm.i would say soft to medium.

From first making an enquiry reguarding what i wanted.
They were very helpful,friendly and informative.
They sourced what i wanted and it was made to my requirements.
It was delivered to the bedroom of choice by two lovely young guys.
Couldn't have asked for anything more.
Excellent service throughout the whole process.

You obviously don't communicate as after being given a delivery day we were then contacted to say the bed was out of stock until the start of November - so we have no idea yet about the delivery experience or the quality of the product.

Having been let down by Dreams, we went to Bed Factory Direct on Long Lane Aintree. We told the sales advisor Cameron what we were looking for, a small double divan for our Autistic grandson. Cameron was so helpful and polite during the whole process. We got the bed delivered on Saturday morning as promised. I can't thank Cameron enough for his help. I would recommend going to Bed Factory Direct without hesitation. Thanks again.

I had the delivery of my mattress today, but it did not go well and I am not happy, because I only got 30 minutes notice by text of the delivery guys arriving. I see from the reviews, that some customers have had a similar experience, although I also see that for these customers, their delivery guys went the extra mile for them, to minimise any inconvenience, and that ultimately they were pleased. My delivery experience was very different. Bed Factory Direct chose a delivery date for me their end and just turned up, with the mattress, without giving me any delivery tracking facility, to my address today, without confirming this with me by email first.
Unfortunately for me, I have a recent leg and hip injury and could not get the mattress on to my bed myself and the delivery guys would not help me because they said they had no instructions to. Although I am sure I put installation into my order basket before checkout, it appears it did not go through. I explained this and about my leg injury preventing me from installing the mattress on my bed, but they just got in the lift taking my old mattress with them and left. They didn’t even ask me how they could help or how I was going to cope about having an empty bed frame and nothing to sleep on. There was no consideration for me as a customer nor any common sense approach. I had to follow and call out to them as they were leaving, to ask what I was supposed to do. They said they were nothing to do with Bed Factory Direct and to call their office. But I found that in my situation there was no after-sales support, either from the delivery people or the customer services team at Bed Factory Direct.

I am now left with the empty bed frame and with an injured leg and no mattress to rest on. I only ordered this mattress in order to be comfortable at night with my injury and now I have been put in this situation. I have health conditions as well as a recent leg injury but it was pretty much “Sorry we can’t help” even though the deliverers could see and I explained to them the situation I was in. Changing your bed or mattress is a highly personal experience but they showed not one jot of a care about this.
From this experience, I get the impression that Bed Factory Direct are the Easyjet of bed suppliers - you order direct from the factory, with no frills and no favours, even if you are a customer. In fact, when I called Bed Factory Direct customer services and told them the situation I had experienced today with the delivery, they acted as if they had just done me a favour by delivering me a mattress. They did not offer to install the mattress, saying it couldn’t be done after delivery, nor did they accept a return or explain how to return if I was not satisfied. I had to repeatedly request these details and ask the customer service person to clarify on the phone the terms of a return of the mattress.
The mattress itself is not as advertised and it is nothing like the photo on the website either - it says it’s luxurious, but I find it decidedly underwhelming, and you could get similar cheaper and better mattresses elsewhere if you choose to look. Which I did but eventually went with this. But with Bed Factory Direct, there is no sleep trial and only 7 days to return a mattress at your own expense, and you don’t get any refund unless the seal is unbroken and the plastic wrapper is left on.
I tried very hard with this order, to avoid misunderstandings by reading the small print, but it seems it still went wrong for me despite best efforts. I didn’t think there was going to be any problem. However, I found this a disappointing, not to mention painful experience today, as I was left with nothing to sleep on and with my leg injury worse with the stress of being left with an empty bedframe. With this company, there is no provision or appeal made in these or any exceptional circumstances. They have made that clear if nothing else.
If you don’t like these terms and conditions and if you like being rewarded for your loyalty and/or treated well as a customer, I am of the opinion that it may be better to look elsewhere.

delivery 24 hrs early looks to be good quality but is comfortable

Bought mattress last week. Hard as a rock. I have back and kneck problems. No refund even though I'd slept 4 hrs on it. Dreadull piece of hard foam in it. Never again. And I've wasted 171 pounds in the so called sale.so they really made my week

Excellent communication and very helpful when I needed advice re measuring. Very happy with the quality of the mattress for the price.

Everything just ran perfectly, I ordered online got the email minutes later, told a date for delivery, then on the delivery date got a text telling me what time which was spot on
