We bought a bed frame
We bought a bed frame, and only half of it has turned up so far! Hopefully the rest will turn up soon, and we don't have to fight Bed Factory Direct and the delivery company to get it.

Bad delivery & customer service
The delivery drivers could not remove a single bed through the same path it came in. They damaged paint and wood in the 5 minutes and not even at a tight spot. Then they attempted a tight spot with unprofessional force. After the driver spoke to BFD they confirmed the removal/recyc cost would be refunded and I would deal with it myself. Meanwhile my new bed base was left out front leaning up a gate post, which had poked a hole through the black liner and disrupted some stitching from the pull. I contacted BFD and they refused to refund my recycle charge, even after all the damage and chaos.Truly disgusted in the customer service and the so called "proffesional movers" from BJS Home Delivery.

I needed a mattress for my 19th century daybed. Bed Factory Direct offered exactly what I wanted at an excellent price. They delivered really quickly and Louis in Customer Services was so helpful with all my queries. The mattress arrived in perfect condition and I’m delighted with it!

My order was not delivered
My order was not delivered. The company delivery process is based solely on one courier company BJS Couriers who are obviously a two person team. The delivery was set up for the agreed date between the hours of 14:00 to 17:00. I phoned them to check the status at 16:30 and was informed that the delivery was running half hour late. Three hours later after both companies had shut for the day, I was notified by text that the delivery could not be made that day and they proposed a new delivery date for two days later. As this was inconvenient, I then cancelled the order.

delivery serbice was great, watched the tracking app and when it said i was next i waited at the door and he was there within minutes, to be honest i thought he would have taken longer. bed was exactly as discribed, was easily put together had a small issue with the hydrolics as was an ottomen bed but oncne sorted it works fine.

Nice wardrobe, delivery company not so great
Wardrobe is actually a nice product
Took me about 4 hours to build on my own but I wasn’t hurrying
Instructions could be better as was quite difficult to see what ways some items needed to be especially when some edges are finished/unfinished.
Minor damage to one end panel but it doesn’t show when wardrobe completed and couldn’t be bothered to try and repack everything up again
Delivery company they used was useless, delivery instructions said they would deliver to room of choice but 2 delivery guys just left by front door and couldn’t get away quick enough leaving me to move upstairs 3 large and heavy boxes

Good quality divan base
Bought a divan base. Very good quality and well made. Good communication via email plus you can call them. My only issue is they didn't unpackage the base and put it together which, given their requirement to have the old base dismantled for removal at a cost of £40, I thought was a bit of a cheek. The delivery team were very friendly and efficient.

I placed my order for single divan with mattress, headboard and side drawers. I was kept up to date with confirmations . I then booked in a date for delivery.Everything that was stated at that time was followed to the letter.
I had a phone call to say a time for delivery on the day I asked for & again to say they had arrived.
Very helpful and friendly .
I would recommend this company to all.

The Bed Factory…delivery excellent !
Gary and Alex from The Bed Factory delivered our new mattress, we received an email the day before to advise a delivery slot of 2 hours and a notification just before the delivery to give a precise time. The delivery service they provided was excellent, the old mattress was slightly smaller and they took the time to measure the bed frame before removing the old mattress- they were friendly and did the job quickly respecting my home. We have used the company for a number of years, the quality of the products is excellent and we have never had any issues with the service- can highly recommend!
