The Bed Factory…delivery excellent !
Gary and Alex from The Bed Factory delivered our new mattress, we received an email the day before to advise a delivery slot of 2 hours and a notification just before the delivery to give a precise time. The delivery service they provided was excellent, the old mattress was slightly smaller and they took the time to measure the bed frame before removing the old mattress- they were friendly and did the job quickly respecting my home. We have used the company for a number of years, the quality of the products is excellent and we have never had any issues with the service- can highly recommend!

Bed looks great. My daughter loves it. Plenty of space in the ottoman.
Tricky to put together.. the female screw threads on the headboard are of questionable quality but we powered through and it all came together. I suspect it will not come apart well if we need to dismantle it in the future.
I stumbled with my left and rights for the lifting mechanism.. it is from the perspective of lying on the bed. The arrow sticker should point towards the side of opening.
Very helpful customer services when I thought there was an issue (before I worked out my left and rights!).

The delivery day was choosen by me but it was changed as a issue with the item going from one depot to another, I was not informed of this change until I keep on calling the company.

Excellent service very polite and experienced delivery men the bed is excellent the head board is lovely very good value for money however if I were to order another bed which I might do in the next few months I would upgrade the mattress only because I'm not used to a spring mattresses and prefer memory foam.
