I gave a low rating for two reasons:
Your policy that your delivery team are not required to remove their shoes on entering my property.
and, you do not require your delivery team to assemble the furniture once delivered.

The delivery was carried out by a third-party courier on our behalf, and we appreciate you raising your concerns regarding their footwear policy. We will ensure that your comments are passed on to the courier company for their consideration and review.
With regard to assembly, our flat-pack bed frames are supplied as self-assembly products, and unfortunately we do not currently offer an assembly service. We aim to make this clear within our product information and delivery details, but we appreciate that this may not have aligned with your expectations.

Extremely accurate delivery times, several emails and text reminders to ensure we didn’t forget (very helpful) - delivery guys were great help and even offered us assistance in assembling if we were stuck, lovely guys and greatly appreciated being pregnant I couldn’t help lift but they made sure it was all sorted with no issues!
Would highly recommend this company!

I ended up dragging multiple heavy boxes upstairs by myself while the driver remained in his vehicle watching.
Ordered a bed frame and mattress from Bed Factory and had an extremely disappointing delivery experience.
The delivery was originally scheduled for 7 May but never arrived, despite someone staying home all day waiting. I then rescheduled for 12 May and again received no delivery and no proper communication.
Tracking later showed an “attempted delivery” on the first date, however no actual attempt was made to contact us. No one came upstairs to the flat, no call was made, and only a photo of the downstairs area was uploaded.
The order finally arrived days later after multiple calls to customer service, but the delivery experience became even worse. The driver left three extremely heavy furniture boxes downstairs and expected me to move them myself to a third-floor flat. I explained that I was alone and unable to carry them safely, but no assistance was offered.
I ended up dragging multiple heavy boxes upstairs by myself while the driver remained in his vehicle watching. Another resident eventually had to help me carry the final box because it was far too heavy and large for one person.
I was left physically sore afterwards and overall the service was completely unacceptable, especially after the repeated failed deliveries and lack of communication.
Would not order again based on this experience.

Ottoman bed
The bed when it was put together was very good, however the process for completing it was extremely difficult. The parts were not labelled, so it was very difficult to work out which screw went where without the details. Also it was discovered that one of the instructions was incorrect, but those who were assembling it were more than capable to work out how to rectify it.

Great experience from ordering to delivery
Ordering on line was simple . The bed is for spare room so i was pleased to find a reasonably priced option . Considering cost the bed is perfect for my needs . I test ran it and found it very comfortable.
The delivery duo had communicated well about delivery time whoch made my day stress free as i could plan other commitments around this without disruption. They were very polite and respectful of my home . If i was going to employ delivery men id call them. Thanks team 86.

At least operatives rang to tell us when approximately they would arrive. Shame about no interaction between us and them. Could have been lovely chatty, and smiley but dumped bed and went!
