From start to finish my experience with the Aintree store was amazing from Nina to the delivery men Gary and his son ( think that was his name ) dad and son,Nina new her stuff on beds and didn’t find her pushy at all was only looking really but had the confidence to buy after talking to Nina and will be going back for the main bedroom bed delivery was as told and came on time when the delivery men came the was a problem as there is a very tight turning on the stairs .. but he said don’t worry love if there’s a chance it will go up .. I will get it up there which he did and was very careful not scratch my wall whilst doing it .. so hats of to them it wasn’t easy .. put together no problem and also had a little chat with them about my next bed 😂couldn’t have been more helpful…..so thank you can’t recommend the bed factory Aintree enough 👍

We thought we were missing some parts
We thought we were missing some parts. However we found them. I called the customer service team who were amazing and did not finch. They were ordering more parts for us until I called them back. Amazing guy and lady don't know their names but they are a credit to the company

Buying a bed and mattress online is…
Buying a bed and mattress online is taking a gamble. However cannot fault this. Fab divan..very comfortable mattress and great headboard. Old bed n mattress taken away at same time new one delivered. Delivery slightly delayed due to traffic but kept informed . 10/10

Great service, I ordered the wrong size mattress they sorted out an exchange within days - I had to pay the courier to take the wrong one back. Right size arrived exchanged no hassle.

It was very easy to order online, reasonable price so I kept my fingers crossed for a good result! My headboard came quickly, was very well packaged and is absolutely beautiful. Solid wood, quality materials and has changed the whole appearance of my bedroom. Bed Factory is therefore highly recommended and I will use them again soon.

Bed factory direct have been amazing
Bed factory direct have been amazing. My first delivery was too large and couldn't fit up the stairs the team were so helpful they made me a new custom made base to the perfect colour to match a headboard id purchased elsewhere (before discovering BFD). It was made quickly and delivered efficiently with a great two man delivery .. no complaints on delivering to the second floor .. cant recommend highly enough. Great customer service and looking forward to my first night in my new bed 😊 thank you!!

Delivery delay frustration
I don’t know what the mattress is like but delivery is dreadful. When I chose to buy the delivery was just a few days. Then I got notification that the mattress was being collected from the factory 5 days after the order. Then there was silence for a day and then notification that the mattress would be delivered on the Saturday 4 days after it was scheduled to collect it from the factory. Then, we got another note to say, not that there was a delay, but that it was rescheduled until the following Tuesday. Today is Monday I really hope it comes tomorrow- but I won’t buy on the basis of fast delivery again.
