Good Sales Support, But Poor Complaint Handling and Aftercare
Customer service initially was good, communication during the purchase stage was responsive and helpful. However, as soon as I needed to raise a complaint, the experience deteriorated significantly.
From that point onwards, communication became poor, with repeated chasing required and little to no follow-up despite assurances that someone would get back to me. The process lacked ownership, transparency, and any meaningful attempt to resolve the issue.
Given the number of problems encountered, the lack of communication and failure to provide a fair resolution was extremely disappointing. The final response felt dismissive and did not reflect the level of inconvenience caused.
Based on this experience, I would be cautious about relying on their aftercare support if anything goes wrong.
29/05/26 thanks for your reply, However, you are wrong, unfortunately I was chasing your customer service agent as it took several days to get a reply. The eventual resolution provided, which took more than two weeks, was completely unacceptable. An offer of 10% off of any future order is unreasonable, as I would not be placing any business with you due to the handling of this complaint. If the complaint had been handled better with a reasonable refund, as requested, then you would not have had this bad review and I would have potentially used you again in the future.

This company is absolutely marvellous the customer care is great, I ordered a shower enclosure which was the wrong size I called them and they explained what I had to do to return the item at no extra charge I will get a full refund, I have ordered another enclosure, it’s lovely to be able to actually talk to a person if there’s a problem and if you email for any reason they always respond same day I cannot fault them

After placing the order, I received a message to confirm that the items was out on delivery. It wasn't delivered however, and apparently only out for delivery today. Still waiting for delivery.

I can see you raised your order 13/05 and was dispatched the same day.
Looking at the tracking it was scheduled to be delivered 14/05 however the courier was not able to complete the delivery and reschedule this for today.
Unfortunately occasionally unforeseen circumstances block deliveries from being made which are out of our control. However we appreciate this being an inconvenience and will investigate this further with the courier.

I bought a bathroom unit from this company and soon after purchase I also bought a toilet. I messaged the company as I would’ve saved money if I bought them together and they refunded me without hesitation. Great customer service, would use again in a heartbeat.

I waited all day for delivery.
I was not called on the phone.
Goods was not delivered to my door.
I did not sign. Goods was just dropped in common area down stairs. I did not know until i tried to track in the evening and i saw delivered and signed for. So i went looking for the goods.

Some couriers are not able to enter customer properties due to liability and insurance reasons. This included blocks of flats.
Looking at your order I can see you raised this on 11/05 and was shipped on 12/05 and that your delivery was completed 13/05.

Not good enough.
I did a job for a customer who ordered a radiator with you and it came in 2 days, I ordered some more radiators from you for my next job and it took over a week to arrive, you’ve got to stop using furdeco to deliver your goods, absolutely dreadful service.

I am glad to hear you were happy with your purchase experience, but sadly not with the courier.
I am very sorry that the courier was later than their original delivery estimate. Occasionally couriers are delayed with things outside of their control.
It does appear that they were still able to deliver the goods, albeit later than expect.
I will feed this back to the courier to try and understand why the delay was so great in an effort to stop this happening again.
We do continually assess our couriers and are always looking for alternatives.

Let down by a poor courier service
Price = Good, nice discount code too
Product = Excellent quality
Customer Service = Average - barely helpful in tracking delivery, long wait times on the phone
Delivery Courier = Extremely poor, both companies could not locate my delivery driver in 2026. No 1-2 hour time window provided, which is extremely unhelpful when most of your customers will be renovating properties they do not live at.. when calling for support or guidance, driver was completely untraceable and a time window was not possible - which in this day and age is just crazy. The delivery stress is enough to put people off ordering again
