I did a job for a customer who ordered a radiator with you and it came in 2 days, I ordered some more radiators from you for my next job and it took over a week to arrive, you’ve got to stop using furdeco to deliver your goods, absolutely dreadful service.

I am glad to hear you were happy with your purchase experience, but sadly not with the courier.
I am very sorry that the courier was later than their original delivery estimate. Occasionally couriers are delayed with things outside of their control.
It does appear that they were still able to deliver the goods, albeit later than expect.
I will feed this back to the courier to try and understand why the delay was so great in an effort to stop this happening again.
We do continually assess our couriers and are always looking for alternatives.

Delivery Courier = Extremely poor, both companies could not locate my delivery driver in 2026. No 1-2 hour time window provided, which is extremely unhelpful when most of your customers will be renovating properties they do not live at.. when calling for support or guidance, driver was completely untraceable and a time window was not possible - which in this day and age is just crazy. The delivery stress is enough to put people off ordering again

Jack Keane superstar!
We have had 8 radiators from Bathroom Takeaway in the last 2 years and have not had an issue until one of the radiator valves began leaking a year after installation. We had 2 plumbers attempt repair but both deemed the radiator at fault. Without hesitation Jack Keane at BT sprung into action and arrange for a replacement radiator to be sourced and sent out to us within days of us reporting the problem. Jack, you are a credit to this business and BT thanks so much for setting the standard in how customer service should be provided. Superb service.

I ordered a brushed gold radiator and a brushed bronze was sent. I have emailed to ask Bathroom Takeaway to rectify the problem but have received no reply. This has cost me as the radiator has been fitted - the box was labelled gold so I had no reason to believe otherwise and it was fitted whilst I was at work. The error has already cost me £200 and now I have a radiator that looks terrible in my bathroom with gold fixtures and fittings.

In regards to your email, I can confirm that we received an email from you 27/04 and we replied back to you the same day but have not received a response from you.
All of our listings do state that the images for illustration purposes and that colours may differ depending on your device screen and lighting.
As our coloured radiators are custom made they are sadly unreturnable which is documented in our terms and conditions available prior to purchase.
You also have the option to purchase colour samples before committing to a radiator purchase purchase. The cost of the sample can be refunded once the radiator order has been raised.
Once again we are sorry that you are not happy with your purchase.

APPALLING customer service
APPALLING customer service, it’s been 18days and I have still not received my order, the 3rd party delivery rang me from my front door then didn’t leave it, it’s for a customer whom is in respite its cost me more in compensation to the customer then the actual product, another delivery date is set however I then have 8hrs to fully fit it before she moves back in, bathroom takeaway blames furdeco, furdeco blames bathroom takeaway whilst I’m delayed in out of pocket. In 20yrs I have never seen such a farce for something so simple, rang both customer services to complain all I get is an email address which we know won’t get replied to. Watch this space but BEWARE of both these companies.
Now they saying that I was rude aggressive to try and cover their backs, regardless of what furdeco did I purchased it from YOU, therefore the contractual purchase is with YOU, your failure cost me £500 the item was only £380, take responsibility thank you and goodbye

I can see that you contacted us regarding your delivery after speaking directly with the courier about leaving the items in a safe place. Unfortunately, Furdeco are unable to leave items unattended unless authorised by us directly, and at the time we had not received confirmation that this was permitted.
While investigating this matter, our customer service team unfortunately experienced rude and abusive language during the interaction.
We fully understand that delivery delays can be frustrating; however, abusive language towards our staff is not acceptable and will not be tolerated.
Since this interaction, we have liaised further with the courier, and I can confirm that your items were delivered on 08/05.
We will also continue reviewing our procedures with couriers to help minimise delays and communication issues wherever possible.
