Customer service is awful dealt with Yasin and after dropping a shower tray to the wrong adress that’s his response all because we don’t have a house number . I need to mention there is a sign with our business name on it.
Unfortunately, because the delivery address submitted with the order did not contain a house number, the courier was not provided with a complete delivery address. The courier has confirmed delivery to number 9, but we cannot explain why that property was selected as this decision was made by the courier when attempting to deliver the order.
We understand this is not the outcome you were hoping for but based on the information available we are unable to offer a replacement or refund.
You are stating the address being incomplete so just decided to leave it somewhere at a random number while the property has a massive sign indicating the business name.
There is no responsibility and they treating you awful.
Never using them again.
Stay away people if you don’t want to waste your time & money.

I have investigated your complaint and from what I understand the address on the order was the address you created when you set up your account.
We also sent you multiple quotations with the address you added and we state that before paying, to check the shipping details, pricing and items before paying.
An invoice was also sent to you and at all of these points you did not confirm the address was incorrect.
When you spoke to us about not receiving the item, the delivery driver had delivered it to number 9 as they could not locate an address with just the business name that you provided.
We forwarded you images of the proof of delivery for you to try and locate this property.
As advised by the store, unfortunately as the order was dispatched using the address information you provided to us, we are unable to accept responsibility for the loss of the parcel where the delivery address supplied was incomplete.

From the tracking information which appears was provided to you via email at 07:19 the same day, that your order was delivered 25/06/2026 at 14:54 and left with your neighbour Simon at number 2.
You contacted us prior to your delivery where we advised you on how to track this using the couriers website.
According to the courier tracking site, they also emailed you to notify you of the delivery details and also to confirm that the item had been delivered.

Awful company they tell you it’s fantastic quality and I can assure you it is not Item delivered smashed and not useable but wanted to offer a discount to keep it Told them I wanted a full refund was told 1-3 days for refund a week later still waiting asked for manager to call got ignored

I can confirm that once you informed us of your damaged item, we offered a full refund as the item you ordered was out of stock.
You refund was raised within 4 working days and as you were previously advised the delay was caused due to a technical issue which was rectified as soon as you made us aware.
Your proof of refund was provided to you and you were also advised to speak to your bank as your refund has been processed.
A manager also responded to you and offered a gesture of goodwill to you which you refused.
While I appreciate the inconvenience of waiting an extra working day, we rectified this as soon as possible.

Fast delivery but no delivery info…
Fast delivery however no prompts as to when it would be delivered- had to manually check. Checked 10am no information yet delivered at 3pm with no warning.
Bathroom takeaway- you have misread my comment. My point was that no time slot was given and not even a message to say it was going to be delivered that day. That’s poor for such a large delivery
