Great customer service from start to finish. The products arrived quickly and well wrapped. I needed to swap some sizes and the team couldn't do enough to help make sure I had what I needed. Highly recommend and will be using this company again.

Company that hates their customers
Really poor experience with this company. Will never be using them again and highly recommend any other person considering a radiator to look for another provider.
After ordering had a note to say it'd be c3 weeks before the radiator is ready to be delivered so got in contact to alert them to the fact that we had a holiday coming up so wanted to make sure the delivery didn't occur while we're away. Was told to wait 15 days before reaching out. During this period delivery was made and the radiator has just been left outside our front door despite no-one behind there to sign for it. It's now at the mercy of the elements and is clearly indicating that our house is empty.
Really poor customer service with no desire to make things right or help in any way.

Looking at your area it may well be that the delivery vehicle was not able to access your road, however we would have expected the driver to have called you to discuss this.

Worst company I’ve dealt with.
Worst company I’ve dealt with.
Customer service is awful dealt with Yasin and after dropping a shower tray to the wrong adress that’s his response all because we don’t have a house number . I need to mention there is a sign with our business name on it.
Unfortunately, because the delivery address submitted with the order did not contain a house number, the courier was not provided with a complete delivery address. The courier has confirmed delivery to number 9, but we cannot explain why that property was selected as this decision was made by the courier when attempting to deliver the order.
We understand this is not the outcome you were hoping for but based on the information available we are unable to offer a replacement or refund.
You are stating the address being incomplete so just decided to leave it somewhere at a random number while the property has a massive sign indicating the business name.
There is no responsibility and they treating you awful.
Never using them again.
Stay away people if you don’t want to waste your time & money.

I have investigated your complaint and from what I understand the address on the order was the address you created when you set up your account.
We also sent you multiple quotations with the address you added and we state that before paying, to check the shipping details, pricing and items before paying.
An invoice was also sent to you and at all of these points you did not confirm the address was incorrect.
When you spoke to us about not receiving the item, the delivery driver had delivered it to number 9 as they could not locate an address with just the business name that you provided.
We forwarded you images of the proof of delivery for you to try and locate this property.
As advised by the store, unfortunately as the order was dispatched using the address information you provided to us, we are unable to accept responsibility for the loss of the parcel where the delivery address supplied was incomplete.

From the tracking information which appears was provided to you via email at 07:19 the same day, that your order was delivered 25/06/2026 at 14:54 and left with your neighbour Simon at number 2.
You contacted us prior to your delivery where we advised you on how to track this using the couriers website.
According to the courier tracking site, they also emailed you to notify you of the delivery details and also to confirm that the item had been delivered.
