Product = Excellent quality
Customer Service = Average - barely helpful in tracking delivery, long wait times on the phone
Delivery Courier = Extremely poor, both companies could not locate my delivery driver in 2026. No 1-2 hour time window provided, which is extremely unhelpful when most of your customers will be renovating properties they do not live at.. when calling for support or guidance, driver was completely untraceable and a time window was not possible - which in this day and age is just crazy. The delivery stress is enough to put people off ordering again

We have had 8 radiators from Bathroom Takeaway in the last 2 years and have not had an issue until one of the radiator valves began leaking a year after installation. We had 2 plumbers attempt repair but both deemed the radiator at fault. Without hesitation Jack Keane at BT sprung into action and arrange for a replacement radiator to be sourced and sent out to us within days of us reporting the problem. Jack, you are a credit to this business and BT thanks so much for setting the standard in how customer service should be provided. Superb service.

I ordered a brushed gold radiator and a brushed bronze was sent. I have emailed to ask Bathroom Takeaway to rectify the problem but have received no reply. This has cost me as the radiator has been fitted - the box was labelled gold so I had no reason to believe otherwise and it was fitted whilst I was at work. The error has already cost me £200 and now I have a radiator that looks terrible in my bathroom with gold fixtures and fittings.

APPALLING customer service, it’s been 18days and I have still not received my order, the 3rd party delivery rang me from my front door then didn’t leave it, it’s for a customer whom is in respite its cost me more in compensation to the customer then the actual product, another delivery date is set however I then have 8hrs to fully fit it before she moves back in, bathroom takeaway blames furdeco, furdeco blames bathroom takeaway whilst I’m delayed in out of pocket. In 20yrs I have never seen such a farce for something so simple, rang both customer services to complain all I get is an email address which we know won’t get replied to. Watch this space but BEWARE of both these companies.

Now they saying that I was rude aggressive to try and cover their backs, regardless of what furdeco did I purchased it from YOU, therefore the contractual purchase is with YOU, your failure cost me £500 the item was only £380, take responsibility thank you and goodbye

we bought the Terra slate effect shower tray (rectangle) - we followed instructions and cemented it down - and are thrilled by the product! It is solid, stylish and works a treat. Well packaged and a smooth purchase thanks guys!

Terrible experience from start to finish. Easy enough to make a purchase but then never got delivered. Called courier and got told lie after lie. 4 failed delivery dates later we were offered the chance to collect half of the order from a warehouse by the bathroom takeaway. Shocking communication all round
No mention of any compensation for our time, troubles or fuel despite asking. This went on for 2 weeks until I cancelled the order and got the items from else where same day. Avoid
