I have already done the review thru Trustpilot. While the overall experience and end result were very good, there were some trying issues along the way, probably because I am out of state and what types of accounts we wanted to open.

It was fairly easy to set up, and it gives you the sensation that your information is safe.

Excellent customer service. Any questions that I have are answered and any concerns that I have are addressed.

Bank 5 has not helped me at all and has allowed fraudsters to target my account and rob me.

They were there to help me with my questions and support my needs. I appreciate the help.

I live in the Midwest and have banked online with Bank5 for a decade. I'll never leave this bank. The customer service is the best not only at any bank, but any business I use regularly. The latest issue involved a somewhat complicated money movement issue, which I then managed to mess up. But Bank5 support and management quickly and professionally resolved it.

The customer service representative was friendly and helpful in enabling me to understand and complete my transactions.

The representative was very helpful and was able to supply me with the document I needed. Only 4 stars out of 5 because my request for a pdf of the document had not been responded to -- In was told to expect the pdf to be waiting for me on my account page.

I now have 3 accounts with Bank5, and setup for each one was pretty easy. Each person I spoke with was professional and pleasant to speak with, which makes me feel secure about investing with Bank5.

Great Customer Service

Customer friendly with favorable interest rates. I had some difficulty transferring my CD funds following maturity. This was because I was trying to transfer them to an external non-deposit account (another CD). I did not know this was an issue but after several secure email exchanges the problem was resolved.

Great bank to do service with, they care deeply about their customers and the products they offer are competitive.

On 2/10/2025 I spoke on telephone with Steve. I believe that with his help I was able to resolve the problems I was having with my initial login for on-line banking (just an Add-on CD, which I plan to make transfers into during the coming 24 months ).
