FINALLY FINALLY FINALLY
After weeks of not being able to get into my account & getting the run around (or at least if felt that way to me) or just ignored through the chat/email messages, I FINALLY CAN USE MY ACCOUNT! The customer service rep was patient, kind and even though it took a little bit to figure out the issue, he didn’t seem rushed or like I was an inconvenience like most places these days and it was even after time to for them to get off work by the time we got off the phone! They are fantastic, I recommend you call though!!!
