I recently received two swimsuits from Bamba Swim as a gift and I love them! These pieces add to my collection of Bamba swimwear and various clothing items. Each time I have expanded my Bamba collection, I have been impressed with their excellent customer service, prompt order fulfillment, and superior item quality. I highly recommend Bamba Swim products to anyone considering making a purchase!

Ordered a couple of pairs when they had a sale and pleased that they arrived really quickly! The quality was great and I get compliments every time I’ve worn them!

Worst shopping experience ever. No customer support, wrong order, items missing, 5 weeks delay. Had to pay extra dutie costs because they send the wrong receipt with a higher amount to the customs. Total disaster!

My partner ordered me a top as a present. Every single time I wear it (the two times) I have constant nip slips and it’s embarrassing , I physically cannot wear the top and never will. The times I’ve worn it I’ve had to leave the beach early and go home to change. I reached out to do a return to which they told me I ordered the wrong size? Last time I checked I have an A cup bra and I think a size small would be perfectly fine. She then gave me the link to do a return it didn’t work she said it’s outside of 60 days, so I don’t even know why she gave me the option. Horrible customer service all I wanted was a different style top. If you’re charging $89 a top I think you should offer better services and better quality products. Yes it was over 60 days but it was also given to me as a gift & hygiene run less on tops as I work in retail that sells bikinis.

Like other posters here, we got DREADFUL customer service and it's an expensive / difficult returns process. Tried to order a bikini, the glitchy website kept adding the wrong items to the cart, and we ended up ordering the wrong items in error. Contacted customer service IMMEDIATELY to change the processed order, then got told bad luck and their website was fine so it must be our issue. We had the return initially refused, then was told we could return for store credit, but had to return to Singapore at our own cost - which was half the price of the original item! Avoid this company, they are dodgy - and NOT AUSTRALIAN despite claiming they are on their site.

I've been on the lookout for my perfect bikini for this summer and stumbled upon Bamba a few months ago. I stalled on buying due to concerns with sizing and returns but went for it with the recent black friday sale.

I'm a 10E and usually wear an Au 10 in bottoms and went for the Kai top and Mambo bottoms both in size L. As I expected, the XL probably would have been perfect for the top but was sold out, luckily the L works pretty well and I do like the way it looks. I usually get an L/XL in string bikini tops and wear S++ from Triangl. I usually wear a M/10 in all bikini bottoms. My main concern was that the bottoms were going to be too small, as from my measurements the size guide said to get an XL, but I actually found that I probably could have gotten away with the M for a more cheeky fit, although I really like the coverage in the front that the L gives. I must admit that the sizing is a bit strange, with the L bottoms fitting well around the hips but with a little bit of extra fabric around the back. Despite this, I love the bikini on and feel super confident wearing it, I think the colour (indigo) is so nice and the fabric and construction feel high quality. I will likely be buying from Bamba again and might even break my 1 new bikini per summer rule for them.

I am glad that I am happy with my sizes as from reviews left on here it seems that exchanging them could be a pain, especially if the largest size doesn't fit (which was another concern for me). In saying that, the website is clear about not cancelling/changing orders after they were placed (they ship super fast) and their return/ refund policy was also pretty clear once you found the right page.

I would totally give Bamba 5 stars if the sizing were a little more easy to figure out. Implementing a review section for each item on the Bamba website would be super helpful and would likely encourage me to buy if I were a bit more apprehensive (EDIT: Turns out they do have this, whoops). Additionally, while I know they have a 'signature 80's fit', the smaller sizing seems to exclude mid-plus size girlies.

I would totally recommend doing some research before buying to determine your perfect fit to avoid the hassle of returns. Very worth it once you figure it out. Bamba might be a new fave for me, would love to try some other styles to see if the sizing is consistent <3

I placed an order, and in my haste/pregnancy brain pressed an xs for a top which is my usual size, but I realised over the past few weeks of getting bigger and something that has made me feel very insecure about I should be a S. I contacted them within a minute of the order going through and they advised there was absolutely nothing they could do. Not even an offer of exchange or free shipping so I could repurchase the S size. They have just sent a pre written email regarding their policy and have ignored me. Worst customer service I have ever experienced with an online retailer, I recommend you purchase elsewhere!!!!!

Bamba swim have beautiful bikinis. I was so obsessed with the yellow pair I bought. The shape was so nice but they quickly discoloured into an awful green and when I messaged them regarding this they said they couldn’t accept fault claims after 60 days.
This was super disheartening. I’ve now realised the green pair I have a starting to do the same thing DESPITE following the care guidelines. Really awful customer service and not worth the money unfortunately.

I followed the size chart and ordered a size up, but the bottom was extremely small. I am 5’ 7” 140 lbs and I had to exchange for an XL bottom- which is the biggest they offer. I am a fairly petite person so anyone larger than me simply isn’t included in their sizing which I find wild. The XL bottom is sized weird too, the front is kind of loose but the back barely fits. Their warehouse is also in Singapore, so I had to pay $30 and go through customs to exchange so keep that in mind.

The quality is fine, but for the price I was hoping for better and was a bit disappointed. The customer service was good- but I still don’t see myself repurchasing.

I ordered a blue bikini set through the Bamba swim website. I knew the pieces were pricey, however I decided to take the risk and give the brand a try due to their unique styles. The sizing guide on the website does say to size up, so I followed the guide and made sure to order up! I purchased the Bella bra, and even whilst sizing up the bikini was way too small. I was hoping for the price point the top will mold to your chest in a way that helps the top stay put, but it’s quite flimsy and shifty. Any movements I made in the top, everything would spill out so it was impractical to wear out. The bottoms are cute, but have a starchy feel to them. I knew when ordering that they offered only store credit, I was just hoping I wouldn’t have to do a return. ($20 to return, plus $15 to get a new item shipped). For the price point, I was hoping the bikini would mold to the body better and have a buttery soft feel. Styles are super cute, but I was hoping for better quality!

Ordered a bikini top and matching bottoms. The top arrived completely defective. It is a string, triangle top that needs to be tied at the neck. My top is missing one whole side of the tie. I have been waiting 4 days for a response from the company about processing my return and have heard nothing back. I am very disappointed with their customer service. This was a very expensive bikini that is totally unwearable. $200 Cdn down the drain.

Ordered bikini for daughter for Christmas, sizing was weird so I had to return it....to Singapore?! So much for Aussie owned and made. Asked for credit which was 'initialized/resolved' on 17TH Jan.. whatever weird language they use for accepted. Email stated I would then receive the credit note by separate email and I am still waiting for that. I have no idea how they get away with this with trading standards, presumably why they are based In Singapore. Would never order again other than to use my credit note when it does arrive. Appalling customer service and very costly to return etc

Bought my daughters a pair of bathers for Xmas, sized up as recommended and they absolutely love them. Great quality and gorgeous designs. Bamba has definitely become our favourite brand of swimwear in our house.

Amazing quality - Have bought a couple of the clothing pieces and ordered a few presents for friends over Christmas and they all loved them. I bought the oversized shirts and get comments on the patterned shirt every time I wear it :)

Bamba is my all time fave swimwear brand! so many amazing designs and each collection gets better. I’m excited to try my new clothing pieces I just received and am so thankful they cater for smaller sized girlies too. Keen to see what’s up next collection! 😍

I’ve ordered bikinis and a dress as a gift for a friend from Bamba and I’ve loved everything. My friend even asked me to order her the same dress in another color. The sizes run small so I always size up but I love the quality and always get comments on the bikinis.
The material quality has been exceptional in my opinion and the prints and designs are always so original to anything else on the market.
My recommendation would be to size up to avoid getting a suit too small

I purchased when on sale in October as I didn't want to miss out closer to the time. My daughter mentioned that Bamba are really bad at returns so I gave them to her, she hasn't tried then on but they are the wrong size. We are a week over the 60 days which normally I would accept but I emailed as I thought the company would understand as it was a Christmas present. It took them 4 days to respond with a blanket email, then I had to explain again and they said NO! Please don't buy from this company they have no customers service, I only wanted to swap sizes Triangl is so much better as they swapped for me. Please avoid these guys as I have spoken to others who said they are terrible. Such a shame.

Stay away from this company.
They never give you a refund when pieces don’t fit or even if you don’t like their quality.
Very disrespectful, zero customer service. I wish I can give them 0 stars.

I ordered some bathers which I returned in exchange for a credit note. I never received the credit note and have sent multiple emails to try and get some help, all to no avail. I even messaged them on Instagram and still no help or credit note. Extremely frustrating and disappointing, this has been going on for weeks now.

Don’t know why there are so many poor reviews . What a great swimwear brand with so many amazing swim . Ok yes the sizing are small but they specify to go up sizes. Quality is amazing . Customer service was excellent for me they where so helpful and accomodating . Definitely recommend ordering from this brand as they have so many gorgeous and cute styles of swimwear and clothing .
