I ordered the item and received my order on 22nd December 2025. The tree was not for this year so was put to one side until the Christmas period was over. I then contacted Balsam Hill on Sunday 11th January to request a return as I had ordered the 6ft and wanted to change it to the 7ft. I was then told that I was unable to do this unless I paid a 20% restocking fee as I was only allowed 14 days to return item. I advised that because of the Christmas holidays I assumed they had been closed so waited until after the holiday to return. Several conversations with an advisor and still no further forward.
I had the tree from 22nd December therefore had it 19 days and yes this is outside the 14 days returns but considering we had a two week holiday break I think it is very unreasonable to not take the return considering I wanted to exchange it for the bigger size.
Very disappointed to say the least.

I have two trees from Balsam Hill, a 6ft and a 7ft.
Boxing Day 2025, the lights went out on the 7ft tree, and as we were going away, I couldn’t get onto this until about 4th Jan 2026.
We bought this tree in Jan 2021, and I contacted Balsam and told them the problem. They very kindly offered to replace the voltage adapter unit, which arrived today 12th Jan. plugged in and hey-presto we have lights again!😃
I cannot thank the staff enough for the very prompt way that my little problem had been dealt with and so very quickly as well. Staff in customer services have been brilliant

Ordered a Christmas tree from balsam hill which I didn't receive, said it had been dispatched, phoned to ask about it,said to wait a bit longer as Ordered over the Christmas holidays, phoned again was told it was sold out when I ordered it, not a happy customer, got a full refund .

Tree as described and delivered after Christmas which was expected. However when unpacked to put in the storage bag for next year found that the bag really wasn’t quite big enough. I had to squash the tree really hard to get it in and bend the top sprig of the top part. I did follow the packing instructions given by Balsam Hill on their website. I would have expected a bit more room. This being said the bag is strong and will not be easily damaged. Except for this would have given 5 stars.

Easy to use website, I ordered a tree in the sale on Christmas Eve, expecting to get a delivery some time in January. The tree was delivered between Christmas and the New Year. A very impressive order and delivery service.❤

Ordered in Boxing Day Sale so can’t really comment on my Christmas experience as did not use. Opened box and put together and all looked good - nice bag to house tree and looking forward to its beauty in my home next Christmas

No updates from the delivery company you use so spoke to your customer care team of which he also couldn’t update me and advised me Wait another couple days.
Not very professional.
The wreath I purchased was a little disappointing not as realistic as I was expecting from your adverts particularly for the shear cost of it even at a discounted price !!

Easy to order online, products easy to ensemble and met my expectations

Beautiful tree, arrived earlier than expected and came with a storage bag so no trying to stuff it back into the box after Christmas. I particularly liked the thoughtful touch of supporting gloves to protect your hands when arranging the branches.

All looks good! I have been getting ready for next Christmas and bought in advance so when it’s up and running next time around…I’ll post a pic! Heard nothing but positive reviews and always wanted a Balsam so looking forward to seeing it in person!

Lovely Christmas tree delivered on Christmas Eve , really didn’t expect it before Christmas as l had ordered late so it was a lovely surprise.
It is the easiest tree I’ve ever put up with lights and would thoroughly recommend.

Great service delivery was within 2 to 3 days . Very pleased with realistic looking tree but the very small ends of branches are apt to break easily.
