Muy recomendable excelente servicio

Desde que llegué todo el personal muy atentos como siempre habrá alguien que no está ubicado, la comida variada las cenas muy buenas la pasamos con mi esposa super bien.

Excelente Hotel para pasalo en Familia, descansar. Me gustó Todo, La Piscina, Los Shows, El Equipo de entretenimiento, El Buffet, Todo el Personal en General. La Persona que me limpió el cuarto excelente. Lo que sí me percaté fué que tenian pocas cosas en la Nevera pero por lo demás todo bien.

Excelente trato del personal en todas las instalaciones del hotel.
Habitaciones muy limpias y equipadas.
El buffet ordenado y siempre con buena cantidad y calidad de comidas. Los restaurantes impecables.
Las actividades recreativas como los shows súper divertidos, aunque deberían organizarlos para después del horario de la cena porque al ser 21.30 muchos no pueden asistir.
El gym es un poco pequeño, para la dimensión del hotel, aunque está muy bien equipado.
Es un lugar para volver definitivamente

We hope your well.

We would like to express the following misfortunes during our recent holiday at your Hotel...please see as follows:

COMMUNICATION PROBLEM
Many Frontline staff did not possess good conduct of English...much difficulty expressing things of concern in all areas...

BROKEN PLATES
Were served during our stay in the Restaurants..when we mentioned to staff - they thought it was not a problem...Very unhygienic and unexpected !

ACCOMMODATION
Unexpected experiences from a 5 Star Resort...Leaking in Bathroom & Shower Areas which is a huge safety hazard !
Stained Towels on daily basis...2 x Broken Bins...Broken Bath Tub...Broken already Fridge...already moved twice due failures in each Accommodation...

We were actually quite fed up of moving all the time during our stay and refused to move again !
As we already spent most of our precious time moving !

UNBELIEVABLE...
Stained Towels delivered to Premium Accommodation on daily basis...which was highlighted to Reception by physically taking the Towels to Reception...but to no avail as it just kept happening again and again !

RESTAURANTS
INDIAN Restaurant was not authentic & Staff doesn't understand or have much knowledge re the Menu...also very little spoken English...

Very bad odour in another Restaurant on site...
We absolutely refused to eat there due extreme hygiene reasons ! Broken Plates once again...

STAFF
Staff in general require much Training with being Professional with Etiquette...and not give empty promises when they cannot be met !

LAST DAY
On our last day once we checked out...its as if staff just did not care anymore ...Our transport was refused entry to collect us from Reception Area, and we were actually expected go with ALL our luggage to the Barriers at the beginning of the Entrance to the Hotel Grounds for our transport back to Airport...when we questioned the guard there - we did receive a straight answer and denied that the Driver even being there ...despite the Driver's efforts to collect us from Reception !

The above mentioned are just a few aspects we had to endure during our vacation...

This is highly unacceptable and unbelievable of a 5* Star Resort !

Please be advised that we have saved and saved...and had longed to visit your island for a very long time...and we actually came in Double Celebrations due to my Husband's Special Birthday and our 15 Year Anniversary...despite our long standing efforts...time and money spent to have a vacation on your island...we certainly did not expect such a low standard from a 5* Resort and certainly did not go towards a good memory !

Amazing place, equally amazing staff, highly recommend. Everything you need, the staff are attentive, polite and the entire experience was essentially faultless.

Mi experiencia, como siempre, ha sido de 10. Esta ha sido mi tercera estancia en BP Punta Cana y la quinta en Bahía Príncipe, y sin duda ha sido la más especial de todas.

Todo el equipo consigue que te sientas como parte de una gran familia. El evento para huéspedes repetidores fue un gran acierto y los detalles que tuvieron con nosotros marcaron la diferencia. Quiero agradecer especialmente a Adriana, Karina, Suheidy, Mackenzy, Zeire, Domingo y Mariam por su profesionalidad, cercanía y por hacer que nuestras vacaciones fueran inolvidables.

Hubo un pequeño incidente con una tarta de cumpleaños y lo resolvieron de forma impecable, superando por completo nuestras expectativas. Son esos gestos los que hacen que un hotel pase de ser excelente a ser realmente especial.

Siempre me recomiendan probar otros resorts del Caribe, pero para mí volver a Bahía Príncipe es apostar por el éxito. Ya estoy deseando regresar. ¡Gracias por hacerme sentir como en casa!

The hotel been recently renovated, and it is a stunning. You can feel it has had a huge investment.

The landscaping makes the grounds feel like an oasis. It really does feel you are staying in a palm paradise

We were excited for our 5 night half board holiday but decided to upgrade to All-Inclusive as it was very affordable.

I highly recommend downloading the Bahia Principe App on arrival as you then have access to online requests including any for housekeeping.

This was a romantic & relaxing adult only luxury experience which I shared with my husband

We had a stayed in a Superior room with Side Sea View. It was a beautiful modern immaculate finish.

We had an incredible balcony with sea and pool views.

The bed must be the largest and most comfortable I have ever slept in.

All the fittings are modern with state-of-the-art tech which controls the lightening and perfect air conditioning (not noisy!)

The food and drinks are a huge highlight of this hotel. As we were all inclusive, we had our pick of amazing cocktails at the aqua pool bar and endless evening drinks.

All-inclusive lunch at the Gofio Poo restaurant was sensational. A tribute to Canarian tradition from a contemporary perspective. Local ingredients, reinterpreted recipes, and an elegant atmosphere that invites you to discover the island through its most representative flavours. Don’t miss the Canarian club sandwich!

Relaxing buffet breakfasts and dinner dining were served in the main Badana Restaurant. We enjoyed themed evenings focused on Mediterranean cuisine and live station cooking.

The staff are incredibly friendly, and you genuinely feel they are proud of the hotel’s high standards. From the welcome at reception to the cleanliness of the rooms and the hospitality of the bar and restaurant staff we could not have been looked after better.

The sun shined every day during our stay, so we enjoyed the choice of sunbeds around the large pool. Fresh pool towels are provided daily. There are also lots of different areas to relax and enjoy the perfectly maintained hotel grounds.

Each night we enjoyed the entertainment. There was a great atmosphere as everyone enjoyed the music whilst sitting outside and relaxing in the hotels fabulous comfy multiple seating areas. Huge shout out to B&B singing duo who everybody loved.

It was the perfect adults only luxury escape!

Cuidan del cliente y es muy de agradecer. He visitado bahía príncipe en México y Samana, los Adult-only, y seguiré repitiendo.

Excelente lugar de descanso, bellas instalaciones, personal atento y amable, comida deliciosa, actividades divertidas, super recomendado, las habitaciones muy grandes, limpias.

El hotel es excelente. Estuvimos 10 días y la atención es un 10. Tuvimos un inconveniente con el aire y a los 5min lo estaban arreglando. La comida muy buena. Y el entretenimiento para los niños es espectacular.

Un excelente hotel, las intalaciones son muy bonitas y funcionales, la comida tanto en el buffet como los de snak está muy rica, la bebidas están bien preparadas, todo el personal atiende con una amabilidad y una sonrisa siempre, definitivamente es súper recomendable y definitivamente volvería

Venho por este meio apresentar uma reclamação relativamente ao serviço prestado no Bahia Príncipe Grand El Portillo, durante a minha estadia.

No dia do check-out, pretendíamos utilizar um quarto de cortesia para nos podermos preparar antes da partida. Dirigimo-nos ao local indicado e perguntámos a várias colaboradoras qual era o procedimento. Foi-nos informado que os quartos eram atribuídos por ordem de chegada e que não era necessário registar o número do quarto.

Confiando nessa informação, aguardámos durante várias horas. No entanto, verificámos que diversas famílias que chegaram depois de nós foram chamadas primeiro, porque tinham registado previamente o número do quarto numa lista. Só então percebemos que nos tinham sido dadas informações incorretas.

Consideramos esta situação muito injusta e frustrante. Se tivéssemos recebido a informação correta desde o início, teríamos seguido o procedimento indicado e não teríamos esperado inutilmente durante horas.

Esperamos que esta situação seja analisada e que sejam tomadas medidas para garantir que todos os hóspedes recebem informações corretas e consistentes por parte da equipa, evitando que situações semelhantes voltem a acontecer.

-excelente atención del personal

-muy buena la calidad y la variedad de los alimentos
Nos apoyó mucho Gianmarco en toda la parte de alimentos y bebidas, que realmente estan excelentes
-muy bueno el entretenimiento
-excelente el restaurante Dolce vita - el kuuk - el hindú, el rodizo, el tequila, pero realmente todos los restaurantes de especialidades están excelentes.
recomiendo este hotel a quien tiene hijos por el kids club que hace un muy buen trabajo y la playa que se encuentra siempre limpia con un mar cristalino.

Escape Sian Ka’an. Expérience de 10 jours. Nous n’avons jamais regretté notre choix. Le décor tropical, le confort du lit, la douche généreuse mais surtout l’amabilité et l’efficacité du personnel. J’aimerais particulièrement mentionné Suemi au buffet du matin. Toujours accueillante et souriante. Des notre arrivée, elle nous a fait sentir spécial. Tout au long de notre séjour, elle a offert un service d’excellente rapide et de grande qualité. J’aimerais aussi mentionné quelques perles rares : Mirian et Faustino. Un grand merci à Alina (buffet du soir) pour son sourire, sa gentillesse et son efficacité. Des gens chaleureux et bienveillanfs

We traveled with family that had not been back to Jamica in many years. The staff were amazing welcomed and treated us like family.
Amazing staff,food was great. Professional and very helpful when we needed to plan our excursions. I highly recommend the resort to anyone wanting a truly relaxing and amazing holiday.

Insuperable Hotel, relación calidad, precio excepcional, su personal desde recepción con Carmen que fue súper amable con nosotros a la llegada llegamos súper temprano y ya pudimos disfrutar del desayuno. Nos ofrecieron cualquier tipo de comodidad hasta que nos dieran la habitación, las habitaciones súper amplias cómodas limpias todos los días no podemos poner ningún pero, el personal de animación genial Eri es maravillosa no pude ser más amable con mi hija Isabella desde el primer hasta el último día súper amables todos y tienen un programa de animación genial.
La ubicación es estupenda, y el socio del parking es un Plus súper recomendable. Sin duda creo que voy a repetir el año que viene. Otra cosa que me ha sorprendido mucho es que en cada planta hay una fuente para que puedas rellenar tu botella. Eso jamás lo había visto en ningún Hotel

This place is honestly phenomenal, especially considering the cost. For a reasonable price you will get fabulous service from kind and enthusiastic staff. The food is better at some restaurants than others, and I would not really recommend the main buffet for lunch or dinner (try the snack bar for lunch and à la carte for dinner—mainly the hibachi!), but overall everything appears safe to eat, the rooms are clean and air conditioned well, the drinks are fairly tasty but definitely alcoholic…. what more could you really want?!
