Bagcraft Omdömen

Very friendly staff with lots of experience.

We've been buying bags from here for years. They have excellent customer service: provide expert advice, can order stock in, price very competitively (usually works out cheaper and easier than online), and are very helpful and honest. I recently bought a Samsonite suitcase and live very close so he dropped it off for me. We bought that one because we'd had such a good experience with our first Samsonite case we bought nearly ten years ago - when one of the wheel connections broke last year, he sorted a repair and it's as good as new.

Lovely independent shop, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff providing an excellent service. Purchased 2 suitcases. Definitely recommend.

I popped in to look at cross body bags. SO many gorgeous bags in the shop but I ended up buying Dani's favourite bag - sorry Dani :-)

Dani was brilliant - helpful and professional but also so much fun. I'll definitely be going back - in fact I already have and I'm saving up for my next purchase.
Thanks, Helen.
ps - I hope I have spelt Dani's name right!

Great service and very helpful

Good price, quick and reasonably quick delivery. For some reason my details weret registered so I couldn't log on to the site. There was a quick reply to my query, whcih confirmed the order and delivery details, but the reason fro problems logigng in wasn't identified. I'd be ahppy to shop there agaih.

Love this shops ❤️ always quality leather bags, and a very helpful man to serve you. I brought a full set of brown luggage last year and have had so many compliments wherever I check in, I just kept on adding to my collection with matching leather dresss bag and ruck sack, such quaility and this week I brought a beautiful croc leather Hand bag with smart strap to slide over the suitcase handle. Highly recommend this shop hidden gem in Leigh on sea essex

Friendly, knowledgeable advice. No hard sell, just focused on customer satisfaction and finding the right product.

The service was absolutely excellent. Helped with all my questions and provided knowledgeable advice. Had no problem ordering the colour suitcases I wanted, which was extremely quick. Would definitely come here again.

Very efficient and very helpful
Evri were a little hit and miss

Outstanding customer support and service. I wanted to purchase a shopping trolley, and the level of care and interest in my concerns and questions posed were second to none.
I went to purchase the item from another source, however, cancelled that and bought from Bagcraft.
Thank you for such great service, truly appreciated.

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about my requirements. Very happy with the suitcases I purchased.

Excellent customer service! I wanted a particular brand of shopping trolley in a specific colour, which was ordered in for me direct from the manufacturer. Top notch, friendly experienced owners who clearly know their stuff! Thank you! 👍🏼

An extensive range of bags with expert knowledge of the products and a great service. It’s always good to shop local and this is why.

Highly prized retailer gets on my A-list
This is a feat in itself

They listen
I know this sound unbelievable but been a customer for a decade.
It means a trip to shop but worth the effort.

Local shop, friendly family service. Ordered two Surfanic roller travel bags, even when I changed my mind on the colour, nothing was too much trouble and they arrived within a week. Definitely recommend this shop for all travel needs.

Wonderful local independent business. They ordered the bag I wanted after showing me alternatives with great patience. Called me when it was ready. Excellent service as always.

A beautiful bag shop with brilliant and knowledgeable sales woman. She was very helpful and charming making the whole decision making process seem like a joyful experience. This shop has been there for 47 years so it felt wonderful to support a local independent shop.

For a local shop, Bagcraft was a revelation. There was a very good selection of luggage, including the Samsonite bag I was looking for. The lady who served me was pleasant and obviously knowledgeable. After discussing and considering my needs, the correct suitcase was proffered, at the right price - matching my online target price with no quibbling. Hard recommend.

Excellent customer service, going the extra yard!
