Bagcraft Omdömen

Every word of this review is accurate.
I bought a lovely Samsonite case from Bagcraft in 2019. on the 12th of October 2026 I was travelling from London to Rome. Visiting Rome for the first time. I rushed and only just caught the flight. I was sitting in my hotel room trying to open my suitcase. I had forgotten the three digit code. I tried every number but couldn’t open it. I very vaguely remember that the number was set by Gary in 2019, however, I wasn’t sure. I phoned Gary from Rome and we talked, and he managed to track down my order, after seven years, and he gave me the number, and it was true magic, because my suitcase opened immediately. It made my day. In fact, it made my holiday. Thank you Gary, and thank you, Bagcraft.

Bagcraft were very competitively priced and stocked spare times not found elsewhere (e.g. branded hangers for a garment bag). They kept me up to date with a re-stocking issue and pulled out all the stops to get my order delivered in time for a travel commitment. Could not be more pleased.

Purchased the duffle style case a year ago, was very happy with the advice given then. Then a clasp was broken on a recent flight and needed replacing. Bagctaft were very helpful in sourcing the part and changing it over once in stock. Communication was first class throughout the process. So glad we used this independent retailer, would definitely recommend them

I have been buying bags for myself and my family for many many years - we will always go to Bagcraft as we can rely on the great quality and range of products available as well as the fantastic customer service we receive!

I love this shop for many reasons. Firstly the owners are lovely and so helpful and friendly. Secondly of course -the handbags! Made from real quality materials and such bespoke designs. Last shop was a wallet for my Husband but I will be back myself when the new bags come in.

I was pleased that Bagcraft supplied replacement keys in a speedy and efficient way. They didn't charge postage and the keys arrived next day and work just like new' thank you

Great bag shop
Lots to choose from
Purchased a lovely quirky bag
Great customer service

Our daughter was visiting us from Australia and required a new suitcase; she bought a fantastic pair of Samsonite limited edition ones. She was very happy with the price and service we decided to replace ours as well.
Our budget wasn’t massive, so Gary explained the options and gave a discount so that we could actually have the ones we preferred. They were ordered and when they arrived at the shop, Gary phoned. We collected them late one day (5.45pm) but Gary still took time to set the three lock combinations, explain how the inside bags fitted, double checked each case and recorded the guarantee.
His prices are better than online and come with personal service.😁👏

Brilliant company who stayed open for me after work so I could get the right size case for my trip. They communicated brilliantly throughout my search. I’ve always bought from them and always will. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic service . Informative and knowledgeable. Staff took the time to listen to our requirements and gave expert advice.

The lady in the shop is so very friendly and helpful. You can explain what you do like and what you do not like and she will steer you to various items but then leave you to it. She was not pushy at all which is a great bonus as well.

Excellent service, expert knowledge giving you confidence in their products. Free delivery offered.

I recently bought 4 items as gifts from Bagcraft; 2 purses, a backpack and a handbag. They are all good quality as have been all the items I have bought here over the years. Thank you.

All good, happy with bag. Lady helped me very quickly find the right bag for my needs thankyou!

Very helpful. Had exactly what we were looking for and personally delivered at no extra cost which was delivered out of hours.

Great experience

Very personable and helpful service. Real customer focus, taking responsibility for a small defect in a wallet I bought recently without fuss. Simply top end 👌

I wanted to replace a weekend bag with something durable and stylish. The gentleman who served me listened attentively as I explained what I wanted and then showed me a selection of alternatives. The bag I chose is smart and beautifully made—and I am delighted with it.

Friendly helpfulness. Despatched promptly and efficiently packed. What more can you ask.

Great service and advice. Replaced the lock on our existing case and was able to find the perfect size case for our next holiday.
