Bagcraft Omdömen

I have bought many pieces of luggage from Bagcraft and wouldn’t look anywhere else. Their customer service is outstanding, with impeccable knowledge and they have alway offered an outstanding price. A true gem of a shop with very personal customer experience.

Friendly very helpful people always Willing to give you time. Never feel they are rushing you shop is full of wonderful bags so much choice & lovely array of bags purses glass cases umbrellas & suitcases some original gifts you don’t find in other shops well worth a visit to browse never left shop without buying something five stars for stock and five stars for people that run this lovely shop Mel & Colin McNamara we will be back 😊

Love this shop, it hasn't been there for years by luck. It's the quality goods, and the knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff.

This shop sells nothing but quality goods and gives quality advice.
Bought a case 2 weeks ago. When it arrived we realised we'd made a mistake. Bagcraft didn't hesitate in taking back the wrong one and ordering the right one for us.
Good old fashioned customer service.
No wonder we keep going back to them.

Great advice when purchasing a cabin bag. Always offers you the right product, not focusing on price. Thanks

I have used Bagcraft for many years and cannot fault them. They won’t just sell you something, they will take the time to help you decide and go through an array of bags or suitcases, making sure you get what you want. They are so helpful, polite and always deliver great service and products.

Fabulous family run company. Super helpful, always have a great selection and give proper customer service.

We first came across this company in the early 2000's, since then any travel cases the family may have needed we have sourced from Bagcraft. They are competitively priced, Gary is very knowledgeable about the products both from a size that is acceptable to airlines as well as the product materials and their longevity. They have also assisted with repairs to our luggage when the luggage handlers were too heavy handed. We would recommend Bagcraft every time if anyone needs new luggage.

Just a fantastic company to deal with rather than the faceless internet suppliers. Why? Because I had an issue with the delivery and Gary was an absolute diamond helping me to resolve the xmas nightmare successfully. Fantastic products (in my case the rolser trolleys) fantastic price...and amazing customer service. I'llbe back for 2025

Excellent customer service from this shop. I recently bought a couple of items for Christmas presents and also enquired about a small piece of luggage which I could use as hand luggage on planes. I was shown different items which might 'fit the bill' so had several options to choose from and I have now bought one of them. They keep a large stock of items and take time to show customers what is available. Excellent local independent store.

The customer service at Bagcraft is fantastic. I bought 2 Samsonite C-LITE suitcases from them, on recommendation, of the shop, from a friend.
Gary is 100% on the top of his game and absolutely could not have done more to advise me. He's extremely informative, knowledgeable, helpful and patient.
The delivery was speedy and well packaged. I'm delighted with my purchase.

I have bought the second backpack bag at Bagcraft and would always recommend due to the choice they have in stock, displayed really well and very helpful. Please try and shop local we need our independent shops. Just an example I went up to Oxford Street for a bag came back without one went into Bagcraft and found exactly what I needed, due to their extensive range.

after many terrible shopping experiences in the UK I was pleasantly surprised to visit this store and was welcomed warmly and had a great chat to the gentleman (and lady) that were instore the day I visited. the customer service was amazing and it was nice to support a small local business after being treated so poorly by staff at other bigger stores on my travels

Staff are always friendly, helpful and willing to advise and share their knowledge.
The products are good quality and competitively priced.
We’re lucky to be able to ‘buy local’ at this well/stocked shop.

I made a mistake with the address on my order - this was a Christmas gift for my mum - contacted Bagcraft the following day, they corrected my error, very friendly team and it was not a problem; the shopping trolley arrived the following afternoon, with a handwritten note to my mum, who was delighted with the trolley and the note. Great service at the best prices.

This is the best bag store in the South East, they have an enormous collection of bags, all shapes and sizes, why go elsewhere when you have this store on your doorstep.

Excellent and knowledgeble service. A quality retailer.

It's only a purse, but my wife hates change and has had the same style for the last 25 years! The manufacturer recommended Bagcraft and they are excellent. Responded immediately and ensured delivery was swift. Well done and thanks for helping me get some brownie points!

Absolutely fantastic service
Best price and quick delivery
Telephoned with a question and answered immediately two times
Old fashioned human service at internet prices
Highly recommended

Excellent service from the Bagcraft team.
Very knowledgeable on the company’s products. Highly recommend for all travel luggage. A wide selection of products and non travel items.
