Bagcraft Omdömen

the huge selection of interesting bags and travel cases. The good advice on their products and even on products which are not bought in their store. Friendly staff and fair prices. This little shop is certainly a gem.

Great range of products and amazing customer service

Excellent support from staff when choosing.

Customer service and customer connection was perfect. They listened to what your requirements were and tried to guide you to the right solution for you.... not them.
Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

I wanted to replace my elderly purse and was signposted to Bagcraft by the wholesaler. Bagcraft responded to my request within hours of my email. I phoned the next day to confirm my order and make payment. They already had my chosen item out ready to be mailed to me.
What fantastic service - if only other businesses would seek customer service guidance from them.
I will definitely keep their details to hand and use again in the future

I was seeking a messenger bag for myself. I did not want leather but a fabric similar to a rucksack and also big enough to store a water bottle as well as phone, keys etc. The Shop Owner was very helpful and engaging and sourced me the ideal bag from Enrico Benetti. The shop has a great range and would certainly visit here again for my needs.

Great experience! Greg at Bagcraft was very responsive to my emails and helpful throughout the process. I received my brand new bag very quickly via FedEx and love it.

Excellent customer service again from this wonderful independent store. A great range of cases, bags and purses available with expert knowledge of the range of products. I can't recommend Bagcraft more and never go anywhere else.

Looking for a particular bag as a gift and this was the only company I could find in the UK that sold them. Placing an order was very easy, and communication after was good, I was kept in form of delivery and the item was delivered in 2 days. The bag itself was excellent a lovely Jump small backpack in chocolate, I was very happy with it and I know my friend will be. Packaged well for delivery as well 👍 Thanks for the excellent service and correspondence from Bagcraft.

I always enjoy visiting here. I am always warmly welcomed ,with no pressure to buy anything. The quality of the items is always good and good value for money.

Personal service on a quality range of products.

I was given very good advice and help from this excellent independent retailer. I bought online as I was unable to shop in person, which might have made it more difficult to purchase my new luggage. However, when my order arrived, I was sent a photograph to ensure I was happy with my choice and was able to choose my preferred delivery date. I would certainly use this store again and can heartily recommend Bagcraft to others. Thank you again for all your help.

I love this shop; not only they have wonderful bags, they have real understanding of customer’s needs and how to give answers to them.
They are knowledgeable, polite and a pleasure to work with.
I plan to go back!

After an initial hiccup, they went the extra mile to ensure I got the bag I needed in time. Excellent service! And a good price.

Wonderful shop, really helpful lady, good range of bags and a really lovely shopping experience. I will definitely be using the shop again and can totally recommend it to others!

I recently purchased a suitcase for my holiday from Bagcraft. I am thrilled with it. They are expert in all things related to bags and luggage. Always a friendly, personal and professional service. They match and beat other companies prices. Thank you Fiona

Bought two bags for a trip. Very informative knowledgeable and helpful definitely worth a visit.

What a great shop! A good range of luggage and bags and a first class service. I had to buy some luggage at late notice ahead of our holiday and the staff were very helpful, offered to stay open later for me if necessary as I was on the way home from work, and were very knowledgable. I am a returning customer and will continue to buy here.

What an amazing company - I made an order late Saturday afternoon and I received it Sunday afternoon. Great service and great price

Took time to track down a particular bag that seemed out of stock everywhere, and got it to me very quickly. Excellent service.
