Bagcraft Omdömen

Excellent choice of cases by very knowledgeable staff

I recently ordered some luggage from Bagcraft and, although initially it wasn't in stock, they ordered it for me and went to a lot of trouble to get the items I required. They couldn't have been more helpful, even delivering the suitcase to my home.
I would thoroughly recommend this shop and I will certainly take my custom to them again.

I arrived over to my parents' place in Hadleigh and was unable to open my Samsonite case. I gave Bagcraft at Leigh on Sea a call, spoke to Gary who said to bring the case in. I did and Dani helped me to resolve the issue. It tops up that I'm an idiot and there was nothing wrong with the case. Despite no doubt thinking the same, Dani was professional, didn't laugh too loudly and gave me a quick run through of the functionality of the case. Fantastic service and 100% recommended.

Bagcraft know their stuff which really helps when you're buying good quality luggage that you know will last. I totally trust their advice and their prices are comparable to what is available on line. The difference being that at Bagcraft you deal with people and if you have a problem they are there to help. Amazing shop which we are so lucky to have in our town.

Brilliant shop. The range of quality products is very large and varied. The staff are fantastic, they make a visit to the shop a real pleasurable experience. Our enquiries were dealt with by ‘Dannie’ , a fantastic lady salesperson. She is a real asset to the shop.
Very many thanks to all at the shop.
Highly recommended, 5 star plus.

So glad we shopped here, friendly and personal advice, no pushy sales pitch. We were looking online but took a chance by going local we ended up with a better deal we will definitely be going back to purchase an upgrade to our old luggage.

Danni was really helpful , no pushy sales , explained what we needed (had to be ordered) excellent service when the cases were delivered , again very helpful and friendly young lady long chat wasn’t rushed out the door , will shop in there again

Exemplary customer service and fantastic range of high quality bags.

The usual efficient and very friendly service, the prices are competitive and the quality of products sold excellent. Which is why I've used their service for years.

The lady in Bagcraft was very helpful and I found exactly the right bag, at a good price. It was so nice to be able to look at the item before buying it rather than trying to work out from a picture online if it’s what I want! I really recommend this shop.

This is a fabulous local gem of a shop. The stock is very varied with some great quality British brands also. The service is friendly and professional and if you need advice they are really helpful.

Great personal service from Gary and the Bagcraft team. They very much go the extra mile to look after you. Thoroughly recommend for all your baggage needs.

I bought my mum a 4 wheel shopping trolley. The owner was very helpful and informative. He allowed my mum to try the trolley in the shop to make sure she was happy. My mum is very happy with her purchase.

Staff so helpful in helping me choose a present for a friend. Also a great variety of things to choose from.

The staff at Bagcraft are always extremely helpful and give quality and valued advice regarding all their products. They genuinely care about the customer and spend a great amount of time explaining about each individual item of interest. I have bought a number of suitcases and smaller wallets over the years from this shop and am always satisfied with the quality and longevity of the products. Will continue to purchase from here whenever I need a new item!

I rang the company bagcraft and spoke to a gentleman named Gary who pulled out all stops to process my order.
l received it the following day and used it.
My Rolster trolley design Jet Iris is attractive and light and a joy to use as I do not carry shopping.
Ergonomic design especially the handle.

Thank you.

Following many searches myself and no luck, I contacted Bagcraft in a last shot looking for a particular purse.
They went absolutely above and beyond to help me (huge shout out especially to Gary!) nothing was any trouble.
I got exactly what I was looking for so I was so happy.
Friendly, helpful service and my package was delivered well packaged and quickly.
Would definitely recommend them and will definitely use them again!

I had an unusual request - I wanted a Rolser bag that was not on the Bagcraft website. I saw the bag I wanted on the Rolser website. The lovely people at Bagcraft kindly enquired about the delivery of the bag I wanted - with the head company in Spain no less. Payment was easy, and Bagcraft had it delivered to my doorstep when they said they would. Such a great experience! And, I totally love the bag!!!

Good choice of bags, all very good quality leather.Very helpful and patient assistant.
Very happy with my purchase.
