Excellent service
Excellent service, very kind staff. Although I was unable to get the receipt of the payment of the customs fees, the customer service (specifically Anya) was fantastic in accommodating me, helping me and in any case providing a refund for the expense I incurred. More than excellent experience!

I asked for the whereabouts of a package that got lost in transition and was helped out immediately and offered a refund. This was a great experience and I really wished other customer service would be equally quickly and solution oriented. Thank you very much!

Returned my item mid September after a change of mind. Got proof of postage. I've not been refunded. I've emailed and called but no replies. I'm now £50 out of pocket. Very unhappy. Do not order from them. As it was it took 3 weeks to be dispatched.

BSI Merch Customer Service were really quick to solve my problem. I received a damage item and they offered me to replace it with a another one for free, they explain me the steps to follow to return the damege one, and they reimburse me for the shippment really quick.
